<p>The start of the high school volleyball season in Washington is closer than ever and at this point, you should already be very familiar with the best teams and the most impressive players from each district as we analyzed them in detail for the last few months in our several different series.</p>
<p>However, we know one of the reasons why many of you follow high school volleyball is to try and anticipate which prospects have what it takes to succeed at the collegiate level and beyond. So, in this series, we’ll share our best guesses and list the top student-athletes from each of the next three graduating classes in each State district.</p>
<p>Our final stop at the 2B class is the Pacific District and here are our picks:</p>

<p><strong>Class of 2021</strong></p>
<p><strong>Lillyan Barnun – Opposite/Outside Hitter – Ocosta</strong></p>
<p>Lillyan Barnum’s freat all-around game proved to be of great value for Ocosta in 2019 when her performance was one of the reasons why the team won ten of their 11 district matches. The 5’10” Barnum split her time between opposite and outside hitter duties and managed to produce 96 kills, 50 aces, 142 digs and 170 passes for the Wildcats. She made it to the All-League first team behind such a strong performance.</p>

<p><strong>Class of 2022</strong></p>
<p><strong>Sidney Swogger – Setter/Outside Hitter – Raymond</strong></p>
<p>Sidney Swogger’s most noticeable skill is certainly her outstanding technique, which allows performing at a really high level as either a setter or an outside hitter, two positions that require different skills. Swogger’s high volleyball IQ comes in handy in that case and also the fact that one of her main skills, her devastating serve, works well on both spots. Her versatility and talent took her to be an All-League first-team selection last season.</p>

<p><strong>Class of 2023</strong></p>
<p><strong>Clara Green - Setter – South Bend</strong></p>
<p>South Bend didn’t have a lot of reasons to celebrate in 2019 with only two wins in nine matches, but Clara Green’s rise with the team was one of the bright spots of the Indians’ campaign. The freshman setter had a seamless adjustment to her new teammates and thrived while coordinating the team’s offense. Her promising debuting season didn’t go unnoticed as Green was included in the All-League team as a second-team member.</p>
