2022 Newest Additions to the State Rankings List Vol 1 – April

<p>We began our rankings in March with only the top 60 players in the state ranked on our list.  We now have the top 133 players in the state ranked in the 2022 grad class.  We are extremely excited to welcome these ladies to such a prestigious group.  We have written about most of these athletes before, however we are going to now re-introduce them but now with their much deserved overall State Ranking attached to their name.  We are also added 32 brand new amazing volleyball players that deserved to be recognized for their efforts on the court through their high school and club tournament play.  They have proven themselves on the court and we are proud to share them with you.  Congratulate them on social media or in person the next time you see them.  Welcome to the list ladies…</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="140392" first="Aniya" last="Clinton"] [2022] 6-1 Outside (HS: Midland/Club: Texas Advantage/Verbal: Uncommitted)</strong></p> <p>Please welcome Aniya to the 2022 Prep Dig State Rankings.  We have her listed as the 21^stbest prospect in the state.  She is the biggest surprise of the Rankings and we are thrilled to have her and introduce you to her name.  She is an amazing physical middle who has some of the most potential on the list. When you watch her play you can’t miss the raw power and natural athleticism that she possesses.  She has some learning to do in the position, but so far has taken direction well and her coaches at TAV are some of the best in the country, so I think she is in good hands.  We will wait and see which college coaches agree with the potential , but until then we will love covering her and her great TAV teammates as they compete against the best competition across the country.  Please congratulate Miss Clinton on her achievement of being one of the top players in the state of Texas.  Stay tuned as we will add some more info on her soon. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="140417" first="Jessica" last="Dunn"] (2022) 6-1 Setter (HS: Carroll/Club: Excel/Verbal: Uncommitted)</strong></p> <p>Please welcome Jessica to the 2022 Prep Dig State Rankings. She went from unranked to us having her listed as the 45^thbest prospect in the state in this update. She plays at Carroll Senior HS and also club for Excel out of the North Texas Region.  We are very happy to have her on such a prestigious list now and she has every tool to continue to move up the rankings.  We were introduced to her a few months ago and we have been following her and her Excel teammates since then while they have qualified for USA Junior Nationals in the Open division.  Many schools will know her name and see what we see, which is someone who can play at the division one level right now if she wanted to.  She keeps a great posture throughout each ball she dishes out.  Miss Dunn has every tool in her toolbox when it comes to delivery.  She can set all tempos and locations consistently.  We see tons of potential in this young lady and her ceiling is high to become a great setter for college.  Grab your popcorn and get ready to watch her distribute the ball to all of her amazing teammates at Nationals. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="140404" first="Jessie" last="Moore"] [2022] 6-2 Outside (HS: Argyle/Club: Drive Nation/ Verbal: Wyoming)</strong></p> <p>Please welcome Jessie to the 2022 Prep Dig State Rankings. We have her listed as the 49^thbest prospect in the state.  She plays at Argyle HS and also club for the up and coming Drive Nation Volleyball club out of the Dallas Metroplex area. Her and her teammates came in like a wrecking ball to the party for all of the usual suspects that have been dominating the age group in club ball.  Her physical nature and explosiveness are two of the biggest reasons why we have catapulted her into the top 50 from being unranked previously.  She let her play do the talking and it spoke volumes to me when I watch her do her thing on the court.  In my opinion, Wyoming got a huge steal in this young lady.  She will be a stud for their program the moment she steps on campus.  I predict a starting job and a great career at the next level.  In the meantime we will continue to watch as she competes for a National Club title and then a state title during her senior season. Welcome to the Prep Dig Family!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We have tons of new players to introduce you to that got added to our 2022 rankings with the new update and tons who moved up and down the list.  We will be publishing more articles daily to give the recognition to each athlete that has earned the right to be called a top 133 Texas Volleyball Player.  Stay tuned for more articles on your favorite athletes.  If you have anyone you think we should watch out for or that you think have what it takes to be added to our database, please shoot me an email with some info at nov8vb@yahoo.com</p>
