She has good size at 6’0 tall and utilizes an aggressive arm at the top of her jump. She is relentless in her pursuit of point scoring as she elevates well and can overpower defenses with her pace and range. She is one of the best arms on this team and recently jumped up the 2022 rankings. She has done a great job of distributing the ball among a solid collection of offensive options and utilizes good quickness and location to put her hitters in position to succeed. She can set the full range of the offense through the pins and has good ability to distribute against the flow when on the move. Perhaps underranked among 2022 setters, look for her to progress and climb rankings over the next evaluation cycle. </p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="114453" first="Whitley" last="Rammel"] - #8<br /> Between Rammel and Granger it was difficult to determine who is a bigger handful for opponents. Both a physical and strong. Rammel does a lot for this team in the way of offense and defense as she can terminate with good authority through varied attack points in front of the setter and behind off of one foot. She also has good patience to pursue attackers when blocking and can fill up good space above the net. She can swing aggressively and can pass and play defense on the other side of the ball, while also capable of filling the setter role. At 5’8, she has good athleticism to get up off the floor as she maximizes her lift well to be able to generate good pace off her arm at the peak of her jump. She can be effective from either pin as well from the middle where she terminated some heavy balls during the high school season this past fall. </p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="114560" first="Karis" last="Willow"] - #20<br /> A multi-sport athlete standing 6’3 and with terrific length and elevation, Willow has potential to be a big time prospect as she moves into her junior season this coming fall. She has a lot of raw natural talent physically and has continued to develop her efficiency and effectiveness. She has tools to contribute well on both sides of the ball from the middle and at opposite, which helps her stock given that versatility the quality production in a variety of facets of the game.</p>
