[player_tooltip player_id='794186' first='Gracie' last='Miller'] - Black Swamp 161
Black Swamp had a great day two at Windy City as the earned three convincing wins all through a 2-0 result. Miller was a big part of that when watching this team compete against BVA 16. She went six rotations displaying her ball control and defense as well as her ability to balance her big arm counterpart on the left side as a viable and terminal offensive threat. She is fun to watch in how athletic and engaged she is during point flow. At 5'7, she gets off the floor well and knows well how to make things happen with her arm to score with good power to use the block or to show some touch and finesse.

[player_tooltip player_id='793154' first='Arianna' last='Dimacchia'] - Spirit 16-1
Spirit bounced back after a tough but competitive day one as they picked up two good wins on Saturday that rewarded their effort so far. Dimacchia is a prolific scorer at this level with her length and big left arm. Primarily swinging on the left side, she she appeared to score often and at times with relative ease in how the pace of her arm got the ball on to the defense quickly or in how she was able to use the block in front of her.

[player_tooltip player_id='737901' first='Mira' last='Siebert'] - AVC 15 Red
Entering day three at 3-3, this team competed well on Saturday with Siebert helping to guide the increased impact of their offense. Sharing the setting role through three rotations as part of their 6-2, she brings a lot of energy and is connected to her teammates well in her floor leadership and overall effort. Her effort to get to the ball quickly to be stopped and on balanced is an asset to her delivery. She runs quick tempo to both pins, and the span in watching her compete included good success on the right side as she was able to get the ball to a good spot and create some space for the attacker to swing through.

Kate Lestock - [program_tooltip program_id='431829' first='Athlete' last='HQ'] 17 Encalado
This [program_tooltip program_id='431829' first='Athlete' last='HQ'] team went 3-0 on day two in the 17 Liberty division. Lestock provided some solid contributions from the middle. Her transition work included tracking the ball well in order to have good spacing and timing. When her opportunity to swing arrived she had good control to swing to the edges of the defense. As a blocker, she begins with good eyework and balance to be able use her footwork in both directions, which led to some good touches at the net defensively.

[player_tooltip player_id='740425' first='Stella' last='Welch'] - [program_tooltip program_id='936186' first='CVC' last=''] 15 Black
Welch continues to establish herself as one of the better setters in the Ohio 2029 class at this point of their careers. She had good mechanics and those were on display in this team's hard fought 2-1 win over 3DGE 15-1 Gold on Saturday. As she is not afraid to call her own number to set or dump the ball over on two often, she can find good balance and connection among her hitters to get them into good situations, which included tempo and location for her pins, quick middles, and out of the back row when needed on the move.
