Four 2023 Region 1 Right Sides to Watch

<p>Region 1 features several talented players from the Class of 2023, some of whom excel on the right side of the net.</p> <p>Right side hitters or opposites from the Class of 2023 are among the top high school volleyball players in Region 1. </p> <p>Annually, Region 1 produces multiple All-State performers.</p> <p>Several Region 1 players in the 2023 class are witnessing their stocks rise heading into the upcoming season. </p> <p>Here are four 2023 Region 1 right sides to watch.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="68143" first="Kinley" last="Doublin"] (2023)</strong> is a right side from Ballard Memorial High School. Athletic, Doublin possesses solid jumping skills. Doublin can hit from both the front row and the back row as well as set when needed. </p> <p><strong>Anna Fowler (2023)</strong> is a right side from Graves County High School. Agile, Fowler is a proven player at her position. Fowler elevates well at the net and is versatile with the ability to excel on both offense and defense. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="127199" first="Caroline" last="Sivills"] (2023)</strong> is an opposite from McCracken County High School. A hard hitter, Sivills was among the leaders for McCracken County during the 2020 high school volleyball season. Sivills digs for quick attacks routinely.</p> <p><strong>Lillie Thorn (2023)</strong> is a right side from Calloway County High School. Consistent, Thorn is a talented hitter. Thorn moves well from side to side and works well with middle hitters on blocks.</p>
