DIVISION I

[player_tooltip player_id="139280" first="Alec" last="Rothe"] - OH | Dublin Scioto | 2nd Team
The 6'2 middle is Prep Dig Ohio's top-ranked prospect in this class. She proved herself worthy of the recognition this fall season given her production and in helping lead her team to a 22-5 overall record and a visit to the regional round of the postseason. She averaged 4.8 kills per set with over 400 kills on the season, while hitting .327. She gets up off the floor well and creates a high contact point that is difficult to defend. Her skills are versatile as well as she can also score at the pins. Defensively, she had 67 blocks for the season. She is a big-time prospect and it will be fun to watch her compete and continue her development as the club season gets started in the coming weeks.

[player_tooltip player_id="114565" first="Sydney" last="Barrett"] - OH | Kings | 3rd Team
Barrett had a big sophomore season as she led the ECC offensively with 387 total kills, helping the Knights to a 2nd place league finish. She is a physical pin attacker as she gets on the ball quickly upon her approach lift and can generate great pace and range of placement. She finished top-5 in multiple statistical categories for the ECC including 3rd in service aces with 63 and 5th in total blocks with 56. Keep an eye out for her this club season as she makes the move to compete with an already very talented 15-1 Tsunami team at NKYVC.

[player_tooltip player_id="114574" first="Maria" last="Drapp"] - S | Mercy McAuley | Honorable Mention
Drapp helped guide Mercy McAuley to a very respectable showing this season given the difficulty of their competition schedule. The Wolves finished 14-10 overall. Drapp finished among the top setters in the very competitive GGCL, which features some elite setters in all of Ohio prep volleyball. With 849 total assists, she was third overall in the conference, which equated to 10.5 assists per set.

[player_tooltip player_id="139373" first="Myriah" last="Massey"] - OH | Pickerington Central | Honorable Mention
With 4.2 kills per set this season, Massey totaled 329 kills in helping Pickerington Central to a 19-6 overall record, including a 10-0 finish in the Ohio Buckeye Capital league standings. The 5'10 attacker has a good range of skills but it is her athleticism, elevation, and ability to play above the net that helped her make such a big impact.

DIVISION II

Hannah Pattie - S/Opp | Lake Catholic | Honorable Mention
Assuming a more significant role this season as a setter for Lake Catholic, Pattie has had a terrific year seeing her numbers increase in her distribution as she averaged 10.2 assists per set with 840+ assists on the season. She has a quick redirection of the ball upon contact that creates good tempo for her attackers. She also made solid contributions on the defensive side averaging 8.2 digs and 1.4 blocks per match. Lake Catholic advanced to the state semifinals for Division II and next will face Gilmour Academy on Friday.

DIVISION III

[player_tooltip player_id="139278" first="Grace" last="Auer"] - S/OH | Crestview | 2nd Team
Auer is one of the better two-way athletes in this class as she got the job done on the offensive side at 3.0 kills per set while also helping guide her team's offense as a setter with 5.1 assists per set. In just two years of high school volleyball she has achieved a lot, including a terrific win percentage among the many individual accolades as a 1st team all MVAC and all-district selection as well as twice being named to the all-Ohio list of honorees. Crestview advanced to the regional semifinals in 2020 and 2021 with Auer playing a big role both seasons.

DIVISION IV

Alyvia Hughes - OH | Western Reserve | 3rd Team
Western Reserve finished 22-4 overall and 13-1 to win the Mahoning Valley Scarlet Conference title behind the play of Hughes. She averaged 3.7 kills per set with 327 kills on the season and hitting .287. She was terrific at the service line with 98 total aces to finish among the top 10 in the state. She also averaged 11.2 digs per set.

Cali Gregory - S/OH | Crestview | Honorable Mention
Gregory provides a lot of court energy as a setter, which helped Crestview finish 16-7 overall, including finishing tied atop the Northwest Conference with a 7-1 league record. A NWC all-league honoree, Gregory averaged 8.4 assists per set. Her stat line didn't stop there as she also added 6.5 digs and 1.3 blocks per match while also leading her team with 61 total service aces.

Mya Leach - MH/OH | Shenandoah | Honorable Mention
At 3.6 kills per set, Leach helped lead the Zeps to a 21-6 overall record. At 5'6, she has great athleticism and maximizes her tools well to score points with her arm. She has good lift and is aggressive in challenging the defense upon contact with the ball in the air. She can score from all locations on the floor as she terminated 40% of her opportunities for the season. She led her team with 16 digs per match and in total service aces with 42.
