The class of 2025 is are new and upcoming when it comes to their introduction to their high school season, the class of 2025 has gotten custom to the feel of high school volleyballs but when it comes to stepping foot onto the club courts, they are moving up in the club scene and getting a feel of the competition coming this season.
The club season is finally underway and we are seeing some of the talent get underway and gearing up for this upcoming club season. There are three rising class of 2025s that have been on my radar from their high school season to now.
Nia McGee
McGee is fresh out of her high school season and is gearing up for this season. McGee is a developing player that is putting her best foot forward when it comes to producing the skill set that is needed this season. She is a fundamentally developing and setting the playing field for her upcoming season. I have ben able to watch McGee and can say that she is crisp and clean on the court and has a long career in front of her. With her training and skill set, she is bound to be fundamentally shaped and have a strong foundation come the start of the club season.
Hilary Davis
Davis is another athlete is that is developing and putting her best foot forward on the court and during her skills and drills. Davis is a fast learner and picks up quick on new playing settings. Her ability to move across the court and change positioning when needed is impressive to see with such a young individual. Davis is going to be a player to watch during the preseason and during her season, as she is on the rise to being a successful athlete. Between her athleticism and demeanor on the court, she is a well rounded athlete thus far.
Sabrina Davis
Davis is another developing athlete on the court and is a new athlete I have picked up on watching this season. Davis is another developing athlete and watching a few of her skills and drills at her practices, she stands out with her sportsmanship and her overall athleticism that she carries. She is a fast learner and her ability to apply her fundamentals to her skill set is impressive. She is going to be one to watch during the remainder of her preseason and during the entirety of her club season.
Camryn Hughes
Hughes is another athlete who is going to be one on my radar as she is one fast developing athlete. Hughes is apart of the class of 2026, but has managed to find her way playing with older girls due to the skills that she brings out onto the court. Hughes is a different type of athlete. Her athleticism and her ability to take criticism and make way with that information, she manages to push through the pain and standout when she is performing on the court. Hughes is going to be a name that is going to be followed through her time this season.
