<p>High school volleyball players across Kentucky are preparing to compete at the next level, making individual recruiting moves.</p>
<p>Taylor County High School senior libero<strong> [player_tooltip player_id="104561" first="Katie" last="Floyd"]</strong> (Lexington United) has signed with Francis Marion University. A defensive leader, Floyd is one of the top players in the history of the Taylor County High School volleyball program. Floyd, a two-time All-State honoree, covers the court thoroughly and delivers as a back row hitter regularly. </p>
<p>Covington Latin High School senior middle blocker/opposite hitter<strong> Calah Jackson</strong> (NKYVC) is headed to Christian Brothers University. Versatile, Jackson (6-2) excels in the middle and along the right side of the net. A player who provides a strong presence in the front row, Jackson uses quick attacks on offense and excels as a blocker, both individually and with teammates. </p>
<p>Holy Cross (Covington) High School senior defensive specialist/libero <strong>Brenna Wilson</strong> (NKYVC) has selected Asbury University, choosing to remain in-state. A defensive standout who digs and pursues well, Wilson is athletic. Wilson has shown the ability to produce consistently as both a defensive specialist and a libero. </p>
