<p>The 14th Region features several talented underclassmen, some of whom are sophomore middles.</p>
<p>Here are five 2024 14th Region middles to watch. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="171811" first="Keira" last="Couch"]</strong> is a sophomore middle blocker from Letcher County Central High School. Couch elevates well at the net, blocking consistently both individually and with teammates. A prep volleyball player with solid jumping ability, Couch is highly productive. </p>
<p><strong>Natalie Moore</strong> is a sophomore middle hitter/outside hitter/right side hitter from Breathitt County High School. One of the most versatile hitters in the 14th Region, Moore can deliver consistently from any position along the front row. A player with a diverse skill set, Moore is athletic. </p>
<p><strong>Anna Potter</strong> is a sophomore middle hitter from the June Buchanan School. Potter reads the setter consistently and produces regularly. Set to help lead her team as a junior, Potter reads the setter accurately, adjusting her approach and getting the most out of attacks. </p>
<p><strong>Lacy Smith</strong> is a sophomore middle blocker from Wolfe County High School. Poised to take on a larger role for high school team as a sophomore, Smith moves well from side to side. Smith is quick-reacting and has shown the ability to be a reliable blocker. </p>
<p><b>Kylee Turner </b>is a sophomore middle blocker from Buckhorn High School. Turner executes quick attacks routinely and provides additional athleticism for her high school volleyball team. The productive Turner is a key contributor for her squad. </p>
