The Motor City Madness Showcase is set to take place on Friday night.

While registration is still open for the event, a large group of 2023-25 prospects have already signed up.

The Class of 2023 has some great talent that will be on display, as they continue to pursue a chance at the next level.

Here’s a look at the 2023 prospects that will be on hand.

OH [player_tooltip player_id="108755" first="Bella" last="Austin"], Dakota/L2: Austin was a regular contributor for the Cougars, who reached the Division 1 semifinals last fall. With over 200 kills and a solid serve, Austin will be looking to show her defensive ability in the showcase.

DS/L Brooke Bobowski, Regina/Legacy: Bobowski has shown a lot of strong instincts for the position and faced a lot of powerful hitters already. Consistency will be important for her on Friday.

OH Lauren Boehmer, Troy/Michigan Elite: Boehmer has a lot of promise as a long player with a lot of athleticism. This will be a chance for her to shine above the competition.

OH [player_tooltip player_id="173615" first="Angel" last="Brown"], Sacred Heart Academy/Michigan Elite: Brown helped lead Sacred Hear to the Division 4 semifinals last fall. She’s a natural athlete that can go a long way on Friday by showing a little more command and trusting in her abilities.

OH [player_tooltip player_id="140487" first="Emma" last="Larkins"], Clarkston/Michigan Elite: Larkins has a great feel for blocking, and that talent also applies to her being able to produce some powerful swings. Larkins will want to show that offensive ability on Friday.

MH [player_tooltip player_id="108762" first="Katie" last="Schell"], Mt. Pleasant/Michigan Elite: Schell is a really impressive middle that gets her hands on a lot of opposing attacks. Her finishing rate on attacks could be a bit higher, but it improved a great deal in the last year and should continue to get better.
