<p>The 15th Region won’t be short of talented middles in the 2022 high school volleyball season. </p>
<p>A look at five 2023 15th Region middles to watch follows.</p>
<p><strong>Amelia Casey</strong> is a junior middle blocker from Phelps High School. Casey blocks consistently, both individually and with the outside hitter and the opposite hitter. Quick-reacting, Casey uses athleticism at the net. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="157488" first="Akira" last="Keathley"]</strong> is a junior middle hitter from Betsy Layne High School. Keathley is highly productive and aggressive at the net. A player who thrived as a junior, Keathley reads the opponent’s hitters to set up blocks consistently. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="68151" first="Hailey" last="Little"]</strong> is a middle hitter from Paintsville High School. A productive blocker and hitter, Little led Paintsville in kills during her junior season. A player with a diverse skill set, Little is a longtime leader who possesses strong jumping ability. </p>
<p><strong>Jayden Mullins</strong> is a junior middle hitter from Belfry High School. Mullins reads the setter and adjusts her approach to get the most out of attacks regularly. Athletic, Mullins has displayed agility throughout her prep volleyball career. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="127197" first="Blair" last="Ratliff"]</strong> is a junior middle hitter/outside hitter from Paintsville High School. Ratliff excels along the front row for a perennial 15th Region volleyball title contender, executing fast attacks routinely. Ratliff is a strong blocker who can thrive as a hitter from the left side. </p>
