<p>Reigning state champion St. Henry lost multiple standouts to graduation but returns several experienced players for the 2022 high school volleyball season. </p>
<p>A look at five St. Henry players to watch follows. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="106679" first="Sidney" last="Arstingstall"]</strong> is a senior outside hitter. Arstingstall elevates well at the net and provides strong hitting regularly. A reliable hitter who possesses athleticism, Arstingstall has displayed the ability to hit productively from both the front row and the back row. </p>
<p><strong>Anna Guard</strong> is a junior middle hitter. Agile, Guard moves well from side to side and closes blocks consistently. Guard reads the setter accurately and adjusts her approach to get the most out of attacks successfully. </p>
<p><strong>Josie Schroder</strong> is a senior middle hitter/right side hitter. Schroder possesses a diverse skill set and can make an impact from multiple positions along the front row of the net. Providing a strong presence in the middle, executes quick on offense and works well with the outside hitter and opposite hitter on blocks.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="107423" first="Alivia" last="Skidmore"]</strong> is a junior outside hitter/middle hitter. Skidmore is explosive at the net and possesses strong jumping ability. Able to adjust to sets coming from any location, Skidmore can deliver as both a go-to hitter and a primary passer. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="107422" first="Elizabeth" last="Tabeling"]</strong> is a junior defensive specialist. Tabeling possesses solid defensive skills and passing skills. A productive back row hitter who can thrive in multiple categories, Tabeling covers the court thoroughly and makes quick decisions routinely. </p>
