She makes sound bump and overhead passes. Her out of system touches generally go back toward the net. She can stick out one arm to keep plays alive if not making pancake digs. White takes a steady approach and follow-through on her attacks. She makes nice jumps to veer her body away from blocks. White can also hit them over and above blocks. White rips seams going between blockers with quality cross and line shots. She has sound volleyball IQ. She uses a nice platform to get her teams in rhythm. Nicely takes nice off shots and crosses on go routes. Nicely has a sinking line drive serve. She smacks across steady crosses and rainbow shots. Milan takes good steps off the net and aims hits off blocks. She takes quality out of system hits and does not get discouraged when the first attempts do not go down. Milan does a great job getting on top of balls and putting good power into balls. Groce also makes things happen offensively when the team is out of system. Groce's defense helped the Bulldogs make the 4th Region Tournament last year. Groce makes quality first touches. She stops her feet and uses a good platform to make precision passes. Groce can handle a variety of shots and is not afraid to lean right or left to make good first touches. Groce showed she can handle a variety of shots, doing a great job backing up the net.
