Continue ReadingWe have been watching the 2025 class very closely throughout the entire club season and used the data of wins and losses, stats, awards, in person tournaments, matches and of course the amazing footage that has been uploaded to everyone’s recruiting profiles. We have been talking to a lot of coaches across the country and this class is littered with college prospects. The following players showed us all that they deserved to be added to our prestigious State Rankings through their play on the court. Please welcome them with open arms.
Megan Fitch Megan Fitch 6'1" | OH Cornerstone Christian | 2025 State #43 Nation TX [2025] 6-0 Outside (HS: Reagan/Club: Alamo/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Megan has moved up the rankings. She is now currently ranked as the 2nd best overall prospect in the 2025 class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays at Reagan High School and for Alamo Volleyball out of the San Antonio area. I previously wrote an article on Megan after she lit up nationals and here is a little from the article, “If she hadn’t arrived yet, she sure did now after nationals. This young lady had every big college in the nation talking about her. She was recognized as the 15 Open Most Valuable Player at Nationals due to her performance. I haven’t seen someone absolutely take over a high level match like she did in the championship match in a while. She was UNSTOPPABLE on offense. This young lady is the real deal and is going to be a problem for opposing teams for the next few years.” I watched her very closely in Indy and there was no one capable of stopping her from capturing an Open Division National Championship. Every aspect of her game was on point as she stole the show. I was then lucky enough to cover her at a summer volleyball camp where she was the best player on the court again. All of this solidified her spot as the second best player in the 2025 grad class. Please help us congratulate her on the achievement.
Callie Krueger Callie Krueger 5'5" | DS/L Cedar Park | 2025 State #22 Nation TX [2023] 5-5 Libero (HS: Cedar Park/Club: Austin Skyline//Verbal: Uncommitted)
We are pleased to announce that Callie has moved up in the rankings during this update. She is now currently ranked as the 9th best overall prospect and the best libero in the 2025 class according to our Prep Dig State Rankings. She plays for Cedar Park high school and also for the awesome Austin Skyline volleyball club. I have covered her squad a few times and here is a refresher of what I wrote when I first added her to the rankings, “We truly believe that she is not only one of the best liberos in the state, but the country also. She is the daughter of a coach/director and the apple does not fall far from the tree as she understands the game like a coach. This student of the game will be a game changer for any program that scoops her up. The ball comes off of her platform so softly on hard driven balls and this is due to her absorption at contact, which is elite. If you are recruiting her, we know you will enjoy her court vision. Give her a solid look and you will not be disappointed.” She has garnered a lot of attention from college coaches and it is totally warranted with what I see from her play. When coaches run effort drills we really want someone to have what we call a “relentless pursuit of the ball”. If you watch Miss Kruger play, you will see that she is the epitome of this phrase. There are many reasons why she moved up to the top libero spot in the state of Texas and if you are lucky enough to stop by her court, grab yourself some popcorn because you will totally enjoy the show. Please help us congratulate her on earning the top libero spot in the state.
Kassidy O’Brien Kassidy O’Brien 5'10" | S Cinco Ranch | 2025 State #19 Nation TX [2025] 5-10 Setter (HS: Cinco Ranch/Club: Houston Skyline/Verbal: Uncommitted)
We are pleased to announce that Kassidy has moved up in the rankings. She is now currently ranked as the 12th best overall prospect and the 3rd best setter in the 2025 class according to our Prep Dig State Rankings. She plays for Cinco Ranch high school in the Katy area and also club for Houston Skyline. I covered Kass at the Triple Crown NIT tourney and here is what I stated, “Kassidy led her Houston Skyline team to some wonderful wins against some big name clubs over the weekend. She is a super talent that is able to set the table for her hitters to eat and also is a stud blocker when she is in the front row. The ball comes out of her hands in a quick release and is very accurate to all three locations along the front row. She has the frame and athleticism that college coaches will fall in love with. You can tell when you watch her play that she was born to play this game.” Since then she has gotten even better and proved herself on the court by qualifying multiple times for USA Nationals in the Open division against some amazing competition. I watched her dominate on the court, lead her team in many ways and prove that she deserved to move up the rankings. It is a very big deal for a player to move up ten spots in the rankings with the amount of talent in this age group. Please help us congratulate her on being listed in the top 12 of her grad class.
