<p class="has-text-align-left">They went undefeated in the Gideon Tournament, beating Hayti, Charleston, and Holcomb in pool play. The Wildcats would knock off Southland in the quarterfinals, Clarkton 2-1 in the semifinals, and then Gideon for the title 25-21, 25-13. <strong>Taylor</strong> <strong>Osborne, [player_tooltip player_id='152145' first='Nevaeh' last='Malawey'],</strong> and<strong> Bailee Luttrell</strong> would carry the team to the title.</p>

<p><strong>Glendale Falcons</strong></p>

<p>The Falcons would take the Strafford Tournament title with wins over El Dorado Springs, East Newton, and Clever in 2-0 wins, split with Timberland and take out Strafford in the title game 25-12, 25-23. <strong>Libby Allen, Kaitlyn Brady</strong>, and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='495283' first='Tatum' last='Kuntz']</strong> had a big weekend for the Falcons.</p>

<p><strong>Webb City Cardinals</strong></p>

<p>Undefeated on the day at 7-0, the Cardinals would beat McDonald County, Siloam Springs, AR, Central, Rogers Heritage, AR, Nevada, Harrisonville, and then Carl Junction in the finals 25-19, 25-17. The Cardinals would receive big performances in tournament play for <strong>Brenda Lawrence</strong> and <strong>Kate Brownfield.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Eureka Wildcats</strong></p>

<p>A repeat performance at the Gateway Matchup with wins over Pattonville, Rosati-Kain, Kirkwood, Incarnate Word, Webster Groves, Howell, and then beat Marquette in the finals 25-13, 25-18. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='123459' first='Mia' last='Berg']</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='124215' first='Olivia' last='Hasbrook']</strong> would help the Wildcats repeat.</p>

<p>Buffalo Tournament Champs beat Stockton, Conway, Hallsville, Bolivar, Ash Grove, and then Conway in the finals 25-20, 25-20. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='171211' first='Kameron' last='Green']</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='495357' first='Allison' last='Findley']</strong> would be the standouts in the finals for the Eagles.</p>

<p>Cuba Tournament Champions beat Herculaneum 25-21, 27-25, Steelville 25-20, 24-26, Cuba 27-26, 25-14 in pool play. Potosi would then beat Warrenton 25-11, 25-12 in the semifinals and Union 25-15, 25-13 to win the championship and remain undefeated in the year. </p>

<p><strong>Salem Tigers</strong></p>

<p>Cabool Tournament Champs were undefeated on the day. <strong>Avery Erway</strong> had a big weekend at the net, and <strong>Kylee Shalbot</strong> would patrol the defense.</p>

<p><strong>Kickapoo Chiefs</strong></p>

<p>The chiefs would knock off rival Ozark to win the title of the Springfield Classic 25-23, 11-25, 25-22. Kickapoo would run the table in pool play sweeping Rogersville, Carl Junction, Fort Smith Southside, AR, and Ozark.</p>

<p><strong>Jefferson Blue Jays</strong></p>

<p>Win the Seckman Tournament over the weekend by knocking off the host 26-24, 25-23. In pool play, Jefferson would beat Dubourg 2-0, Fox 2-0, and Perryville 2-0. St. Vincent would be the next victim in a 2-0 win in the quarterfinals of tournament play. The semifinals were a pool play rematch with Perryville, and Jefferson would take the win 2-1 and proceed to beat Seckman for the title. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='101698' first='Kirstyn' last='Loyd']</strong> would represent Jefferson on the All-Tournament Team.</p>

<p><strong>East Buchanan Bulldogs</strong></p>

<p>Winnetonka Tournament Champions would sweep everyone and move to 16-6 on the season. With wins over Oak Park, Maryville, Fort Osage, Lawson, Pembroke Hill, and St. Pius X 25-20, 25-19 in the championship. <strong>Tatianna Murray</strong> would put down eight kills, and <strong>Madison Hoyt</strong> had six blocks for the win.</p>

<p>Won the St. Joseph's Academy Tournament with wins over Lutheran St. Charles, Cor Jesu, Pleasant Hill, and St. Joseph's Academy in 2-0 sweeps and then finished the tournament knocking off Visitation Academy 24-26, 25-13, 25-21.</p>

<p><strong>Blair Oaks Falcons</strong></p>

<p>The Falcons won the West Plains Tournament with an undefeated pool play record. Beat Rolla in the finals 25-19, 25-14. </p>

<p>Going undefeated in the Fulton Tournament, the Pintos won the championship over Eldon 2-0 and improved on the year to 9-0-1.</p>

<p><strong>Forsyth Panters</strong></p>

<p>The Panthers would win the home tournament going undefeated and winning the championship over Clever 25-27, 25-23, and 25-18. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='168898' first='Savannah' last='Koen']</strong> would knock down 18 kills in the final.</p>

<p><strong>Pattonville Pirates</strong></p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='150044' first='Kylie' last='Surratt']</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='168035' first='Reagan' last='Nelson']</strong> would be named All-Tournament Team, and Surratt took the MVP award while the Pirates would take the title at the Pattonville Tournament.</p>

<p><strong>Parkway West Longhorns</strong></p>

<p>Parkway West surprised me, but with the program's history, it shouldn't. The Longhorns marched into the Borgia Tournament and won the Blue Pool 4-2 record. Parkway West would knock off Francis Howell Central in the semifinals and then defending Class 4 state champion Westminster in the finals.</p>

<p><strong>Pacific Indians</strong></p>

<p>Winners of the St Charles West title over Fort Zumwalt South 2-0. The Indians would run through the tournament, not dropping a set.</p>

<p><strong>Saxony Lutheran Crusaders</strong></p>

<p>From our conversations throughout the two-day 62-team tournament, Saxony wasn't mentioned to be a contender. People took notice once they knocked off Class 2 favorite Jefferson in 2. Saxony would beat Farmington in 2 to win their 1<sup>st</sup> title at Dig for Life.</p>

<p><strong>Lebanon Yellowjackets</strong></p>

<p>The Yellowjackets came back from a 5-point deficit to take the title at the Hillcrest Tournament. Lebanon would beat Republic and Glendale in pool play, knock off Camdenton in the semifinals in 3 and then win the finals over Webb City in dramatic fashion in 2 and improve to 8-2-5.</p>

<p><strong>Windsor Owls</strong></p>

<p>Two tournaments and two titles for the Owls as they won the North County tournament going undefeated and improving to 12-1 on the season. </p>

<p><strong>Westminster Christian Wildcats</strong></p>

<p>The Visitation Champions went 6-0 in pool play knocking off Ladue, Francis Howell North, and Lindbergh. In the semifinals, they would knock off a tough Helias team 2-1, and the championship was a 2-0 sweep of Francis Howell Central. [player_tooltip player_id='152141' first='Emma' last='Fairchild'] would lead the team with 29 kills.</p>

<p><strong>St. Pius X Lancers</strong></p>

<p>St. Pius would start the year off by winning the MICDS Tournament going 6-0 in pool play with wins over Rosati-Kain, Duchesne, and Centralia, IL. The Semifinal match would go to the Lancers with a 2-1 win over Farmington, and the championship was a sweep of Althoff Catholic, IL. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='168037' first='Hannah' last='Leftridge'], [player_tooltip player_id='221230' first='Bennett' last='Raterman'],</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='221231' first='Elena' last='Ruble']</strong> were named to the All-Tournament Team.</p>

Winning the home tournament is always special, and the Owls did it by going 6-0 in pool play with wins over Mehlville, DeSoto, and Affton. In the semifinals, they would knock off Class 2 power Hermann 2-0 and take a 2-1 win over Clayton in the championship.</p>
