Sensational Senior Scorers – Vol 2

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The high school season is ramping up district play and there are some players that are scoring at will all over the court.&nbsp; These young ladies cannot be stopped.&nbsp; They are scoring in bunches for their varsity squads and no one has been able to slow them down.&nbsp; This series of articles will be highlighting players in every grade level who are filling up the stat books.&nbsp; We are going to start with the sensational senior class and give props to the attackers who are leading the entire state in kills.&nbsp; Please help us recognize the following players.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='122888' first='Ariana' last='Brown'] [2023] 5-11 Outside (HS: Conroe/Club: Texas Legacy/Verbal: Louisiana at Monroe)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Miss Brown is currently listed as the 27^th best overall prospect in the 2023 class according to our Prep Dig State Rankings.  She plays at Conroe high school and also club for Texas Legacy.  Ariana has already tallied 599 kills on a very impressive and efficient .360 hitting percentage.  Ariana has been explosive since we started covering her a few years ago.  She is not stopping any time soon.  The Louisiana at Monroe commit is having a stellar senior season.  Her varsity squad is currently 41-3 overall on the season and she is a major reason why.  Teams are having a lot of difficulty stopping her from scoring.  She can kill the ball from any location whether in the front row or back row.  Her lightning fast arm swing adds tons of pop on the ball as it is rebounded off of her hand contact.  We cannot wait to see how she leads her team to greatness in the UIL State Playoffs. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='87528' first='Nayeli' last='Gonzalez'] [2023] 6-2 Outside (HS: Cornerstone Christian/Club: Alamo/Verbal: Iowa State University)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Nayeli is currently ranked as the 3^rd best overall prospect in the 2023 class in the entire state of Texas.&nbsp; She is also listed as the 30^th best overall prospect in the nation according to our national rankings.&nbsp; She plays at Cornerstone Christian High School and also the famed Alamo club program out of the San Antonio area.&nbsp; We have covered her a few times over the last couple of years during club and she has only gotten better and better.&nbsp; The amount of power that this young woman has in her entire body is amazing.&nbsp; She has been on a tear this year and has already tallied 533 kills on an amazing .380 hitting percentage.&nbsp; Cornerstone Christian has been listed as one of the top high school volleyball teams in the entire country and Nayeli is a huge reason why.&nbsp; Her offensive production has been stellar to say the least.&nbsp; She is currently 6^th in the entire state in scoring for seniors.&nbsp; She is having one of the best senior seasons we have seen in a while.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='87581' first='Emma' last='Patmon'] [2023] 5-8 Outside (HS: Cedar Ridge/Club: Austin Skyline/Verbal: Lafayette)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Emma is currently ranked as the 38^th best overall prospect in the 2023 class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings.&nbsp; She plays at Cedar Ridge High School and also club for Austin Skyline.&nbsp; Emma is what we like to call lightning in a bottle.&nbsp; Every aspect of her game is electrifying.&nbsp; We have watched her rise amongst the state rankings due to the hard work that she constantly puts in to working on her craft.&nbsp; She has already tallied the 7^th most kills in the state amongst seniors as she has 532 kills on a great .259 hitting percentage.&nbsp; Every time this young lady rises up off of the ground the entire gym's eyes widen as they know they will see something spectacular.&nbsp; We are excited to see how she finishes off her senior season.&nbsp; Stay tuned for more on Miss Patmon as she embarks on a season to remember before she steps on campus for Lafayette.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Stay tuned for more articles on your favorite athletes.&nbsp; If you have anyone you think we should watch out for, please shoot me an email with some info at <a href="mailto:nov8vb@yahoo.com">nov8vb@yahoo.com</a>.&nbsp; Also don't forget to help these kids get more exposure by sharing our stories with your friends.&nbsp; Help us help them by simply retweeting on Twitter or sharing on Facebook.&nbsp; Thanks for following Texas Family!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
