Lauren Dreves Lauren Dreves 6'1" | OH Columbia River | 2024 State #46 Nation WA is a Power Five recruit and tops the list at #1 in the state overall. She is followed by a group of skilled and lengthy attackers, who are proven, point scorers and tough defenders. The club season will have many of these players matching up all season long, and some will team together to chase medals and tournament titles.
A dynamic beach and indoor player with excellent overall skills, Dandridge has a heavy arm and will be playing for College Prep Academy (CPA) out of Spokane this season. She has good vision as an attacker and can really attack the line and the edge of the block.
The right side is left-handed, with a powerful block and good length at 6’1. Woodruff works hard to get herself off the net and available for her setters, she has a quick arm when she gets to the point of attack. This school season she expanded her game taking swings form both pins and posting monster kill numbers.
Hangca is a versatile, athletic right side who can play all over the court. She has a smooth lefty swing that she uses from the pins, up the middle and attacking from the back row. She can see the block and scores the ball using smart locations and good power. Her overall game is polished, she plays active defense and has excellent ball control.

Lewis is a high-flying outside who knows how to terminate. She has looked super bouncy this school season and is poised for a big club season with NPJ Seattle. Setters can run the tempo at an accelerated pace, and Lewis can get to the set with her lightning quick transition.

Highlights
The North Creek junior has a calm approach on the court, but makes all the plays you want out of a six rotation outside hitter. She played clutch in big moments for the Jaguars, with some of her highest kill totals coming in the state playoffs and championships. She has a nice high contact point, and that helped her top the 300 kill mark for the season.
Highlights
Right side was a comfortable for Moran during the school season, but the junior can attack from both pins. Long and fundamentally sound, she hit over .320 this season, and was super efficient with her touches for North Creek. She seems set for a big year this club season, and will have a great chance to show her quick and accurate arm.
Highlights
Wesenberg is excellent at finding open spots in the back of the court, putting pressure on defenders to make a play, or watch the ball hit in the corner. She has great defensive awareness and plays the ball easily with her hands. Her defense sets her apart from some similar attackers, she is very natural at middle back. Wesenberg is a good passer in serve receive and gets a good read on opposing offenses.
The rangy pin attacker is fluid, athletic, and packs a powerful swing from anywhere on the court. Comfortable in serve receive, Shumate plays good defense and puts up an imposing block. The Biola commit is 6’3 and can use that size to work over the top of the defense, she is a deadly scorer when coming down the middle on a combo play.

Byers has the opportunity to set or hit (or play sand!) at the next level, she is that solid in both positions. She is 6’2 and can attack over the top of a block, or make a smart off-speed shot. When setting, her height and touch make for a beautiful connection with attackers. She has committed to Cal Poly and will be part of a tough Dakine Surf 17 squad this club season.

Dreves is the overall top recruit in Washington for the class of 2024. She powered her Columbia River team to a 2A state title over rival Ridgefield, avenging an earlier loss to the Spudders. Dreves averaged nearly 24 kills per match in the state tournament, ramping up her productivity and fire to a new level to bring home the championship trophy. An Auburn commit, she can bounce a ball on the defense but is smart enough as a player to use the shot she needs to terminate the point. Dreves has excellent length and is a plus server and defender who has earned an opportunity to be a six-rotation outside in the SEC.
