Making the move over from OPVC, Weisman has a good overall skill set. She can score with her arm as an attacker as highlighted during the high school season in leading Monroe offensively. However, her best role is in the setting phase and this team upgrades well with her joining the roster. She can distribute the full court with deception, good location, and great tempo to the pins as showcased with her club team a season ago. She is a key asset that will take this team to another level overall.

A 2nd Team All-GGCL selection, Gielas finished top-five in total kills with 249. She has a great frame as a pin hitter at 6’2 and uses all of her size and length well to score over the block, with range, and in developing big power and pace. Her size also benefits her effort defensively at the net as she can fill big space when blocking.

Barrick led the
MVC
in total kills in 2022 with 365 earning Scarlet Division Player of the Year honors. She is aggressive in her approach work that leads to big lift and fast arm work that can generate some of the biggest heat. She can impact that game offensively through a big workload from the front or back rows as well as in using finesse to keep the defense off balance. This team has a lot of offensive threats that should create good space for her to be efficient given the potential for a balanced attack in their arsenal.
Lily Riegel – MH
Riegel is 6’3 and provides the biggest size and length for this team. The Fairmont product averaged 1.4 kills per set over the recent high school season and should be more of an offensive threat with this group in the middle phase of the game. Her ability to create big space defensively is where she can make the biggest impact early this club season as she averaged 2.3 blocks per match this past fall.

Radaszewski brings an aggressive style and big energy to the floor in the middle phase of the game. At 6’0, she has athleticism to be productive on both sides of the ball with confidence and success. She helped guide her team to the DI Ohio state title as she finished among GGCL leaders offensively with 234 total kills on a .376 efficiency on the offensive side while earning a top-five place among league leaders for blocking.
