With the Top 250 Expo in Indiana this weekend, it was plenty of talent all under the same roof. I watched every court and picked some of my favorite 2025 middles to discuss below. Let's get started!

Terpening is from Westfield High School. She loves an overpass and I did not see her miss one at the Expo. She also digs with the best of them and can easily hit through a solid block from the opposing team. She also has a fondness for no-mans-land dinks to the center of the court.

Zapp attends Center Grove High School. She is a 6' middle blocker and a very solid athlete. I noticed her for her game-changing blocking and consistent play at the net all day long.

Zarse is from Tri-County High School and is a great student as well as an athlete. She has great hops, is a great hitter, has long arms, and a great reach. Her reach makes her opponents go out of bounds trying to avoid her block. Very impressive!
