Indiana’s Stand Out Setters at Expo

<p>Indiana's Top 250 Expo featured some strong setters. Their athleticism really stood out during competitive and wash games. These ladies also did it all and all of them played great floor defense. Take note of these setters who stood out!</p>

<p><strong>Class of 2023 5 '6'' Setter Samantha Little: </strong>Samanth played high school ball for North Decatur High School and club for The Academy 18-Elite Fury. Luttel has phenomenal hands and squares well to her hitters. She jumps set most balls and puts the ball on both pins effectively. She helped lead the Chargers to a 25-5 record this year with 872 set assists, 67 kills, 50 aces, and 274 digs. She can do just about everything and her ability to play defense first before releasing was key to keeping her team in system. Luttel would be a great addition to any program looking for a setter to do it all!</p>

<p><strong>Class of 2025 5'6” Setter [player_tooltip player_id='172315' first='Reese' last='Edwards']: </strong>Reese plays for Columbus North High School and club for The Academy Indianapolis. Edwards talks well and shows great leadership on the floor. She has contagious energy and has a quick shoot set that can fool opposing blockers. She too plays great defense first to keep her team in system. She had 214 set assists and 20 aces for the Bulldogs this past fall. Look for her to have a breakout junior campaign!</p>

<p><strong>Class of 2025 5'9” Setter [player_tooltip player_id='261023' first='Isabelle' last='Jackson']:</strong> Isabelle plays for Westfield High School and club for Circle City 16 Black. Isabelle has great hands and is a phenomenal defender. She reads her hitters well and is a step ahead on defense. . She had 459 set assists, and averaged 5.8 set assists per set for the Shamrocks this past fall. Jackson has a high ceiling!</p>

<p><strong>Class of 2024 5'7” Setter [player_tooltip player_id='171366' first='Carly' last='Mason']: </strong>Carly plays high school ball for Terre Haute North Vigo School and club for COA Crossroads of America Volleyball Club. Carly squares well and is able to get her hitters the ball no matter what. She had 380 assists, 280 digs, 73 kills and a whopping 61 aces for the Patriots this past fall. Mason's serve is lethal, as it just dies before the serve receive can pass it, making it very difficult to pass and keep opposing teams out of system!</p>

<p>As we head into club season keep these setters on your radar as they will continue to grow and improve. Loved their defense first, team first mentality! </p>
