The host enjoyed success throughout different age groups. That included its 14 squad, which recorded a third-place finish competing against big-time teams.
Here’s a closer look at that group:
Adelyn Stien, Setter, Center Point-Urbana – The CPU seventh-grader spent time with Adrenaline before coming over to Six-Pack.
Leah Heller, Pin, Galena (IL) – Heller, an eighth-grader, was recognized by the Galena Federation of Teachers as its competitor of the week in October. Her team compiled a 22-1 record this season.
Haley Badker, Outside Hitter, Dike-New Hartford – The eighth-grader at Dike-New Hartford Junior High will be joining one of the state’s top prep programs next year.
Olivia Peters, Pin, BCLUW
Ella Morarend, Outside Hitter, Wapsie Valley – The eighth-grader next year will join a Warriors program that reached the state tournament this season.
Erin Steege, Libero, Sumner-Fredricksburg
Neveah Hauber, Middle Hitter, Galena (IL) – A very good basketball player as well, Hauber was nominated by the Galena Federation of Teachers for her volleyball exploits in August.
