Prep Dig Oklahoma, Texas and California will be attending the Red Rock Rave National Qualifier Week 2 this weekend held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. I can’t wait to see some amazing Cali players in action. Here are a few teams and players that we think will be standing out.

Oklahoma Peak Performance 17 EP
This team is loaded with some studs who we have covered for a few years now. Landry Braziel Landry Braziel 6'0" | OH Community Christian | 2024 State OK is one of the best players in the state of Oklahoma. We have her ranked as the number one prospect in OK for a reason and that is because she is elite at every aspect of the game. She has a few horses that can run right along with her on this stellar squad. Libero Megan Branson Megan Branson 5'5" | DS/L Edmond Santa Fe | 2024 State OK is a genius in the back row as she has great quick footwork and pursues the ball with a relentless desire. New to this team from last year is Jocelyn Copple Jocelyn Copple 6'2" | MB Edmond Santa Fe | 2024 State OK who plays big at the net. She can shut you down with her blocking and can hit different tempos with ease from multiple locations. Parker Gladhill Parker Gladhill 5'11" | MB Norman North | 2024 State OK has some rockets in her shoes as she is super fast to the ball and also off of the ground. She can fly with the best of them and soars over the net to attack the ball. I think she has tons of potential for the next level. Ally Fees Ally Fees 5'11" | OH Mt. St. Mary | 2024 State OK is another stud who has joined this elite roster this year and can bang on the pins with anyone. Setter Katherine Rowe is exquisite with her dishing of the rock. Look for this team to be in the mix on day three in the 17 USA division.
Actyve 17 Black
Emma Rowell Emma Rowell 5'10" | S South Torrance | 2025 State CA truly stands out on this squad because she is listed as a setter/right side and is a very integral part of their attacking game also. She can hit the ball from numerous locations on the court with authority. As one of their top point scorers, most teams will have to slow her down if they are to have a chance to beat them. Ava Pearce has a live arm that can score both cross and down the line with some pop from the left side. Setter Kate Whiteley Kate Whiteley 5'8" | S Marymount | 2024 State CA moves the ball around well and also battles at the net when she is in the front row. I love how the ball comes out of her hands so smoothly. She can push it all the way to the antennas from anywhere. Rubi Harrington Rubi Harrington 6'0" | MB Marlborough | 2025 State CA is a big middle who this team uses to shut down opposing would be attackers. She gets up well over the net and presses extremely well to seal it. Libero Gemma Larbalestier steadies the ship for this squad in the back row. Her serve is stifling and she is always balanced during movement to the ball and while making contact also. Everyone in 17 USA should be on the lookout for this team.
16s
San Antonio Magic 16 Elite
Ranked number one going in to the tourney in the 16 USA division, this team will have a target on their back. But when you watch them play, you will see why they are ranked number one. Left side pin Isabella Andrews Isabella Andrews 5'11" | OH Samuel Clemens - Schertz TX | 2025 State TX is worth the price of admission. Her right arm is golden and she will be one of their top point scorers for the entire tourney. This team has other studs also like pin attacker Giselle Orellana Giselle Orellana 5'10" | OH Tom C Clark | 2025 State TX who has great size and strength to battle any attacker at the net. Setters Aubrey Lyssy Aubrey Lyssy 5'10" | S Madison | 2025 TX and Liliana Brisco Liliana Brisco 5'9" | S Tom C. Clark - San Antonio | 2025 TX do a phenomenal job of dispersing the ball to all hitters in order to keep the opposing team off-balance. They also both play exceptional defense out of the right back zone to keep their squad in the rally. Libero Giada Obregon Giada Obregon 5'3" | DS/L Floresville | 2025 TX is super solid in both serve receive and defense. She is a very focused player who keeps her eyes on the ball and has great anticipation skills, which helps her set up in perfect position to play the ball. This team is battle tested and comes to this tourney with their eyes set on the prize. I can’t wait to watch their stars in action.
Tulsa Power 16-1
TPV has some stars on it that will light up the court and have a lot of college coaches drooling. Libero Kyndal Carolina Kyndal Carolina 5'4" | DS/L Jenks | 2025 State OK is a flat out stud and one of the best liberos in the state of Oklahoma. Outside hitter Arriana Brown Arriana Brown 6'0" | OH BTW | 2026 OK plays the game with power that is very difficult to match up with. She can bang with the best of them and there is no stopping her; you can only try to slow her down. I love that TPV runs her on multiple routes out of serve receive to give them many options on switching up their scoring. The defense doesn’t get a chance to settle in and cheat to set up to block. Middles Kynli Kirkendoll Kynli Kirkendoll 6'0" | MB Jenks | 2024 State OK and Juliana Borchers Juliana Borchers 6'0" | MB Jenks | 2025 State OK are two middles who play well above the net and with an extremely high motor. I watched this squad in action at Triple Crown NIT and they were explosive in every facet of the game. Mary Goodwin Mary Goodwin 5'8" | S Regent | 2025 State OK did an amazing job of running a 5-1 when I watched them compete. Lookout for Lauren Harms Lauren Harms 5'8" | DS/L Broken Arrow | 2024 OK as she is a solid scoring option for this high-powered team.
