Sometimes the spots have been vacated by a transfer, graduation, or season-ending injury. Whatever the case, there are still places to go and spots available! So, this one is for those coaches looking to fill the last few spots on their rosters.
Liberos
McAdams is an All-State performer and you can still catch her in action at the 2023 Molten Series Power League this weekend and at USAV Girls 18s Junior National Championship in Columbus, OH.
You can find her highlights HERE
Benson was named to the AVCA All-America Watch List in 2022 and had a stellar senior season. She is playing for Northern Lights 18-2 and you can check them out at the Molten Series Power League this weekend.
Klempke is another solid libero from the Northern Lights program and can be seen at the Molten Series Power League this weekend.
Highlights
Middle Blockers
Lumpkin is one you really need to check out in person with MN Select 18-2 at USAV Girls 18s National Championship in Columbus, OH. If you can’t see her in person, here is a link to her highlights.
Highlights
Baribeau can be seen in action with her M1 18-1 team this weekend at the Molten Series Power League. They will also be at the Mizuno M1 Series 17/18s Tournament on April 23rd and the USAV Girls 18s Junior National Championship at the end of the month.
Hendel comes from a strong high school and club program. She was named to the 2022 AVCA All-America Watch List and plays for MN Select 18-3. They will be headed to the Molten Series Power League and USAV 18s Nationals this month. If you can’t see her in person here is a link to her highlights.
Outside Hitters
Wachholz is an all-state performer for Mayer Lutheran and can be seen playing with MN Select 18-2. You can see her in person at USAV Girls 18 Junior National Championship at the end of the month.
You better hurry if you want to see Brown play in person because Northern Lights 18-Black will be finishing up their season this month with the Molten Series #5 and NL April Freebie. If you can’t catch her live check out her highlights here.
Luoma was a part of a Monticello squad that made some great post season runs and this year she’s joined up with Vital Volleyball 18-1 Gold to compete in her final prep season. They will be competing at the Molten Series #5 this weekend and then at USAV 18s National Championship. If you can’t catch her live you can find her highlights here!
Right Side Hitters
Kemmetmueller has been flying under our radar and apparently under the radar of a lot of coaches. She would be a really great steal for programs looking for a strong utility attacker that can terminate from anywhere on the net. She plays for Northern Lights 18-Black and will be at the Molten Series #5 this weekend.
Kersten is another player that has gone undetected as a 6’0 right side that could make an impact on a college program. She competes with Northern Lights 18-Red and will be at the Molten Series #5 this weekend and the NL April Freebie.
Martenson is a big lefty swing on the right side for MN North 18-1 Navy. They still have quite a few playing opportunities ahead including the Minnesota North Duluth Cup Tournament this weekend and USAV 18’s National Championship at the end of the month. In May they will be at the Mizuno Midwest JVA Challenge and Minnesota North Head of The Lakes before they cap off the season in June at the AAU Girls National Championships. She has a heavy swing and you can check out her highlights here!
Setters
Carlson was on the JVA Watchlist and she should really be on your watchlist as well. She is playing for Northern Lights 18-2 and you can check them out at the Molten Series Power League this weekend or the NL April Freebie in a couple weeks.
Starkey was named to the AVCA All-America Watch List in 2022 and was part of a very successful Lakeville South group this past fall. She plays for Norther Lights 18-Black and will be at the Molten Series #5 this weekend. She is a athletic lefty setter that you need to check out.
Lattner is part of a scrappy MN North group along with Martenson. If you can’t catch one of these you can find her highlights here.
