While I was helping out with national coverage at the Windy City Qualifier last weekend, more of Nebraska’s standout 15s were competing in Kansas City for the second week of the Show Me Qualifier. Our focus for Week 2 shifted to the 15 Liberty and 15 American divisions, where we even had one Great Plains team swipe a bid with a Show Me championship. Read more about South Central NE 15 Black if you haven’t already!
Of course, our discussion doesn’t end with that title-winning bunch. We have more talented 2026s to cover. Let’s give you a glimpse at a few athletes who stood out during the second weekend of KC action.
We’re starting to see the incredible depth of Nebraska’s setters in the Class of 2026. Stevens is one of several Premier Nebraska setters that we’re watching at the 15s level, and recent qualifiers have elevated her stock even further. 15 Red was in the championship conversation throughout Show Me, so Stevens will surely not be the last athlete we discuss from this team in the coming weeks.

Let’s keep the run of 15 Red representation going. Siebler has quickly established herself as a go-to attacker for 15 Red, but her contributions aren’t just limited to offense. Most successful teams have at least one left-side hitter who thrives in the middle-back area, and Siebler often fills that niche for 15 Red. Passing and floor defenses are huge strengths that will
We were able to get a full glimpse at Sjuts’s unique role when we visited with Nebraska ONE 15 Black at NLQ. She’s a setter in the backcourt but rotates into a middle-opposite hybrid role in 15 Black’s frontcourt. That alone gives a glimpse at the well-rounded skills that Sjuts offers for Nebraska ONE, and we’ll likely see plenty more highlight moments from venues like Show Me.
Highlights
Talbott can wear a few different hats for Nebraska ONE. Lately, she’s been a lockdown defensive specialist who can dime passes and lead 15 Black’s floor defense. But, if needed, Talbott can also thrive on the right pin and be part of a dynamic two-setter offense.

It’s hard to put a single position next to Patzel’s name, but we do know that her name will show up on our 2026 watch list before long. This small-town gem represents Boone Central/Newman Grove during the fall season and has made an impact as a setter and a hitter. She can do the same with South Central 15 Red, which helps demonstrate the kind of depth that this club is bringing at the 15s level.
Nadia Arul
Nadia Arul
River City Jrs gets on the board with a libero who will surely be part of our next update to the 2026 watch list. Arul, who represents Bellevue West on the high school side, demonstrated her steady leadership through another solid weekend in Kansas City. Once again, this is a case of River City flexing its collection of talent in the 15s age group.
Danielle Vallinch
Danielle Vallinch
Now we visit the highest-finishing Great Plains team in 15 American. Vallinch is surely a familiar name for those who have been following the Nebraska prep scene lately, and the family tradition of lockdown defense continues on Premier’s 15 Silver squad. The team leaned on its libero for several key plays en route to a top-three finish in Kansas City. This is just the beginning for Vallinch and 15 Silver, which are on an outstanding multi-week surge.
Anya Kolli
Anya Kolli
Another Premier Nebraska setter joins the fray, and this one helps run the show for 15 Silver. Kolli had a big chance to showcase her setting prowess at NLQ, and that trend has continued through last weekend’s Show Me Qualifier. This is a 15 Silver squad with plenty of lineup options, so expect to see Kolli in a variety of situations moving forward.
Club Legacy 15 Alpha was well represented in our latest update to the 2026 watch list. Suljuzovic was one of those new additions, and it’s easy to foresee many more fruitful qualifiers for this Omaha Marian athlete. Upcoming regional events will offer even more opportunities to see Suljuzovic in action, so stay tuned.
Hadley Reimers
Hadley Reimers
Like Sjuts, Reimers is bound to be a major contributor for both Nebraska ONE and Lincoln Lutheran in the coming years. She’s an imposing force in the middle but can also adapt to almost any other frontcourt position, too. I can already say that Reimers is a surefire addition to the 2026 watch list upon our next rankings refresh.
