<p>Moving on to a new division, today's edition of the seven-part preview talks about two teams in the 16 Premier division from Indiana. Here are five athletes that should make an impact for their respective rosters for this tournament.</p>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Empowered 16 Elite Navy</h2>   <p>This roster is filled with hybrid players. Most have more than one position listed, and not just because they <em>think</em> they can. Both <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='384424' first='Grace' last='Schott'] ('25, 5-8 OH/RS, Churubusco)</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='384422' first='Emma' last='Schott'] ('25, 5-8 OH/DS, Churubusco)</strong> will have you seeing double, but both can produce in multiple positions. Grace can attack and defend from both pins, while Emma looks to be a primary passing outside who looks to defense as her calling. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='384423' first='Taylor' last='Eggering'] ('25, 5-11 RS/MB, East Noble)</strong> is a long and lean athlete that probably plays middle more than right side, but in her case can do either (offensively and defensively) on any roster.</p>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Academy 16E Dragons</h2>   <p>Smaller, but more defensive-minded, this roster has a bunch of kids that play bigger than their stature. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='384425' first='Ella' last='Wilczynski'] ('25, 5-5 S, Carmel)</strong> definitely fits that mold, and can do anything from being one of a pair of setters in a 6-2 to running the show all on her own. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='261024' first='Isabelle' last='Martinelle'] ('25, 5-3 DS/L, Scecina)</strong> can play all three back row positions, adjusts well on defense and serve receive, and has fast feet and a quiet platform to work with.</p>
