So, a little research tells me that Volk also plays hockey and personally I think this could be a great combination for a libero. The skill and body control necessary is at an elite level and that is what Volk showcases. Whether she is creating the correct platform angle or taking the 2nd contact after the setter digs, she is in control.
Boelter does a nice job lining herself up outside the block and giving herself a good position on the ball. She has quick reactions and a lot of potential to grow in this sport. Boelter is quick on defense and solid in serve receive. She can be both gritty and scrappy if needed.
Highlights
Dillon releases quickly to the ball and gets her platform up quickly for the deep hard driven hit. She pursues the roll shot into the middle of the court and can pop it right up to the setter. Dillon sees the setter dump ahead of time and she does a really nice job keeping the ball on her side of the net.

She has a clean and consistent playform that allows her to pick up tough attacks. She is a well-rounded athlete and defensively strong but also solid in served receive.
