No better way to end the club season than with the illustrious USA Girls Junior National Championships every year.

With some of the best talents from across the country on tap, the gym is red hot with top notch competition. This year was no different for the championships, upsets galore, heavy weights falling and fresh faces atop the podium.

Let's take a look at some of the best of the best throughout the field. It's a stacked field here in the 16 Open, let's take a look at the setters.

[player_tooltip player_id='288633' first='Addison' last='Horner'] - 1st Alliance

Doubling as a setter and an attacker, Horner does both at the highest level. In the front court, Horner's 6'3 frame poses as an imposing block and a high reach on the attack. in the back court, her reach begins an impressive tempo to Alliance's offense.

[player_tooltip player_id='156295' first='Campbell' last='Flynn'] - Legacy

One of the top dogs in the entire class. Flynn was also recently named a member to the USAV U19 team. Despite Legacy's finish in 16 Open, Flynn still shines every match. Her play does all the talking, beyond her positional work, Flynn boasts a high level touch on defense and a keen sense to swing on two.

[player_tooltip player_id='184108' first='Charlotte' last='Glass'] - Tribe

From one lefty setter to the next, this recent Duke commit led her team to yet ANOTHER top eight finish at the Girls Junior National Championships. An always dominating presence on the court, Glass constantly runs a tight ship and keeps opponents honest with her swing on two as well.

Larissa Casatti - Tribe

Glass isn't the only highly talent setter out of the Tribe cannon, Casatti could very much being running the offense for any of the top teams in the country. When her number is called off of the bench, Casatti never misses. She came in clutch many times throughout her time in Chicago.

[player_tooltip player_id='180167' first='Hannah' last='Beauford'] - Drive Nation

With the array of hitters on Drive Nation's bench, Beauford has herself a field day every time she steps on the court. So athletic and smart with her calls at the position, this team goes a long way with Beauford as their quarterback.

[player_tooltip player_id='156293' first='Ella' last='Craggs'] - Michigan Elite

After an impressive Runner-Up finish at AAUs, Craggs kept the winning ways going with MiElite. Despite dropping the first game of the tournament, Craggs turned the engines on full steam and led Elite to a top ten finish.

Malorie Boesiger - Nebraska One

Nebraska One had a lot of heads turning after breaking through into the top eight. Boesiger, named to the All-American team in Chicago, was pivotal player throughout the entire tournament.

[player_tooltip player_id='397469' first='Tenesyn' last='Frye'] - Idaho [program_tooltip program_id='429106' first='[program_tooltip program_id='429106' first='[program_tooltip program_id='429106' first='Crush' last='']' last='']' last='']h

A recent University of Houston commit, after getting to see Frye play in Chicago, I must say this is a big win for Houston. [program_tooltip program_id='429106' first='[program_tooltip program_id='429106' first='[program_tooltip program_id='429106' first='Crush' last='']' last='']' last=''] was giving fits to teams left and right and nearly saw themselves within the top ten of USAVs behind the play of Frye.

Avery Lim - Arizona Storm

Getting to set a national championship winning squad is quite the treat. Lim may have an ultimate artillery of weapons to her disposal, but don't let Lim's efforts go unnoticed. Her utilization of her entire squad was key to the huge run Storm had during their time at USAV Nationals.

[player_tooltip player_id='433980' first='Kayden' last='Green'] - Game Point

Another high finisher from AAUs, Green continued to impress at this national championships too. Green is another player to dual as an attacker and a setter. Her capabilities to do both at such a high level is a joy to watch, especially given her size.
