If it weren’t for the bib color on their shirt, you would not be able to tell that many of these athletes are a full two years younger than the oldest class at the showcase. Here are some class of 2026 gems who shined at the Stock Up Showcase.
Maggie is 6’3″ of powerful talent. No matter what court she was on or what drill she was in, she dominated. Maggie is the kind of athlete who elevates the players around her. She is a powerhouse middle who puts up a massive block and makes great connections with her setters.
Highlights
Bella exploded onto my radar at the Sizzle and just kept impressing at the showcase. She is explosive and dynamic. She had to have one of the biggest verticals in the gym and could take massive rips on the ball. She was also incredibly valuable on defense and serve receive. Her back row attacks were impactful, and she could manufacture points against even the biggest blockers.
Ainsley has book-perfect form. She is a clean setter who moves the ball around from pin to pin and rarely makes errors. She is gritty on defense and is a natural leader on the court. Ainsley communicates incredibly well and is not afraid to run the offense of any court she is on.
Nolah was a dominant right side at the showcase. She is powerful, disciplined, and explosive, a dangerous combination for an athlete. Nolah put up a huge block and was a great first line of defense for her team. She has a high contact, powerful arm swing, and fast snap on the ball. She caught my eye because of her talent on both offense and defense.
Lizzy is an athlete who impressed me twice last week – at the Sizzle and then again at the Stock Up Showcase. She is a setter who works hard on the court. Her footwork is solid, and she makes smart decisions. Lizzy can also take big swings on the ball and puts up a big block as well. She runs the court and keeps her offense moving no matter the drill.
Ava is an athlete who just keeps impressing me time and time again. She has great form and quick, clean touch on the ball. She makes the toughest things look simple. Ava is very athletic and has a high volleyball IQ. She spreads her offense well and is a natural leader on the court. Her sets are beautiful and consistent.
Emma is athletic and versatile out of the middle. She is a powerhouse athlete who can also swing out of the back row. At 5’11”, she takes up a lot of space at the net. Combine her height and athleticism with a high vertical, and she puts up a nearly impenetrable block. She is a fun athlete to watch and a very talented middle.
