Top Sophomore Setters at the MO/KS Stock Up Showcase

Bloor is very athletic and fast. She gets to the ball right on cue. She has great parity when setting and great control calling out the offense for the next rally. She encourages her hitters and celebrates with them. She is very competitive and will go up for a block if needed. Flesher is a fun athlete to watch. Her enthusiasm and competitiveness show in every play she runs. She works well with the hitters at the showcase, which is not always the easiest. She has great range and a calmness about her that keeps the rally going well. She is a very quick athlete and good with her hands. She has great range and is smart on the court. She can set any hitter how they want to be set. She knows where to be to get the ball up to the right hitter at the right time. She is fast to the ball and good at getting it up to many hitters in different ways. She can dig, serve, set, and jump up for a block too. She is a smart athlete and has quick reflexes. Lattimer was impressive when scrambling on her court today to get to the ball and get it up. She is fast, very composed, and gets the ball up to multiple hitters. She communicates well and lets her hitters know what the plan is and follows through on it.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='206380' first='Kalyn' last='Sampson']</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Sampson is a 5'11" setter from Sedgwick High School. Sampson is long and can send the ball a long way. She has very soft hands and great control of the ball. She is very aware of the court and very fast. She has real volleyball smarts and uses this to her advantage on the court. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
