A freelance volleyball program in the Houston area, the Fort Bend Christian Homeschool Athletics Eagles are up to an excellent start to their season, having dropped just two of their 25 matches - one of which exactly to Concordia Lutheran at the Houston Open at the end of August. Senior Cadence Coleman is very reliable and consistent at setter and has surpassed 400 assists so far in the season. Offensively, the junior Willingham twins Abby (outside hitter) and Emma (middle) share the scoring load with freshman outside hitter Mikayla Moore - the three combine for 487 of the team's 749 kills. Sophomore libero [player_tooltip player_id='531749' first='Victoria' last='Shupe'] has been solid defensively with 307 digs and 404 passes and freshman Melody Coleman has a lot of potential in the middle.

Concordia Lutheran had a major upgrade at setter this season with seniors [player_tooltip player_id='186231' first='Anna' last='Blaine'] and [player_tooltip player_id='184155' first='Carleigh' last='Schluter'] joining from Klein Collins. The team is also very strong at the pins with [player_tooltip player_id='291718' first='Rylee' last='Henderson'] and juniors [player_tooltip player_id='447335' first='Haley' last='Herndon'] and Kinzie Riley being all prolific scorers. Junior [player_tooltip player_id='456265' first='Imerie' last='Jones'] brings an athletic presence in the middle while senior [player_tooltip player_id='238115' first='Carmen' last='Harless'] and junior Sara Sellers get the job done on the backcourt at defensive specialist/libero.
