While we go through and showcase all of those who have committed throughout the summer. What about the players STILL on the market?

While the 2024 class dwindles more and more by the day, there are still some dandies that you do NOT want to miss out in this class. As for the 2025s, this class is STACKED from top to bottom with talent. While nearly the entire top ten has been scooped up by big programs, there are some big time names and underrated talents that can't be overlooked.

Let's take a look at some of the top uncommitted kids in Michigan (As of Sep. 20)

[player_tooltip player_id='222362' first='Danielle' last='Mertz']

5'10 OH - Marian/Michigan Elite

Throw her in as a pin or throw her in the middle, [player_tooltip player_id='222362' first='Danielle' last='Mertz'] will deliver. Acting as a utility player for the bulk of her career, the versatility has bode Mertz well in these latter parts of her career. In what many would consider a breakout season this last club season, Mertz was unstoppable on the left pin. She was the go-to scorer for the 17 Elite squad that saw themselves with a bid to USA Nationals. Now, Mertz is back in the middle with Marian and cutting up some significant time for the 3x defending State Champs.

5'10 OH - SMCC/Michigan Elite

Speaking of some high level utility players, [player_tooltip player_id='156292' first='Jessica' last='Costlow'] can quite literally do it all. A high-flying middle on the fly, a dominant outside on the regular, and potentially one of the next great liberos in the college game. There's no telling what Costlow is capable of, but what we see is pretty exciting. She's the text book player of having every tool in the tool box. Her high level IQ on the court takes her game a long ways, and one that should be considered for the beach game, given all of her attributes.

[player_tooltip player_id='156340' first='Addison' last='Williams']

6'1 OPP - South Lyon East/Legacy

I was fully expecting to see [player_tooltip player_id='156340' first='Addison' last='Williams'] on the right pin this past club season. A move made during her 15s year that proved to be lightning in a bottle, Williams is a force. Largely due to this move, Legacy was able to march all the win to a national title her 15 years as well. Due to personnel, Williams got the call up in the middle in 2023 and was looking top tier by the end of the season. A blocking force that proves too much for the even the toughest of opponents to work around, Williams' offense in both the middle and right pin are quite dominant as well. Her net play and championship experience would bode any elite program well.

[player_tooltip player_id='153671' first='Molly' last='Edmunds']

5'9 S - Trenton/Michigan Elite

Alongside Mertz, [player_tooltip player_id='153671' first='Molly' last='Edmunds'] was a breakout star at Michigan Elite this last club season. A multi-sport athlete that dabbled in small-time club ball with Passion, Edmunds took a chance on Elite and it seems to have paid off big time for both parties. Edmunds paced the offense for the highly successful 17 Elite team to a variety of top finishes and a bid to GJNC. Edmunds is a prospect that could be a big dark horse to emerge as a steal for the right program. Given her multi-sport back ground, Edmunds comes up huge in big moments.

[player_tooltip player_id='156291' first='Taygan' last='Corstange']

5'6 L - Gull Lake/Dead Frog

This is another player who had a supercharged sophomore year. After being a key spark-plug to Gull Lake's historic season that saw them in the Division 1 Elite 8, [player_tooltip player_id='156291' first='Taygan' last='Corstange'] went on to lead Dead Frog 16 Black to a top five finish at AAU Nationals. The scrappy libero is a real treat to watch. Never say die on any ball EVER! Corstange is certainly attacking to save the play. Her unrelenting ways and fiery personality makes for a good combination.
