<p>[player_tooltip player_id='176098' first='Grace' last='Crider'] - Anderson | 2025<br>The junior outside hitter started the week with back-to-back matches with 18 kills each, while contributing an additional 11 kills in their recent match versus Walnut Hills. To date, she is the league leader offensively in the ECC with 319 total kills while also among the top five in total service aces with 44. She is having the best season of her career as she has steadily improved the quality of her arm in control and power, which is evidenced by this past week and one of her best stretches in which she averaged 4.7 k/s.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='494186' first='Teigan' last='Fortkamp'] </strong>- Fort Recovery | 2024<br>At 4.6 k/s for the week, Fortkamp led Fort Recovery to two wins, helping her team improve their overall record to 14-4 on the season. She began the week with 20 kills in their 3-1 win over Wayne Trace and followed that up with another 12 kills to finish the week with a 3-0 win over Minster. Fortkamp is having her best varsity season with a significant jump in production as she averages 4.1 k/s while also improving defensively as she adds a career best 8.6 digs per frame.</p>

<p><strong>McKinely Reichert</strong> - Jackson Center | 2025<br>Reichert has been terrific for Jackson Center all season as she has terminated double-figure kills in every match in 2023. She delivered her season best effort in their most recent match with 23 kills on a .321 efficiency as the Tigers defeated Fairlawn 3-1. Her offensive output is up slightly from 2022 at 4.4 k/s with increased efficiency as she terminates at a career best .300 clip overall. Reichert, a 5'11 junior, leads Shelby County offensively as the Tigers are currently in second place at 9-2 in the league (16-4 overall).</p>

<p><strong>Taylor Sichina</strong> - Meadowbrook | 2024<br>Sichina, a 5'9 outside hitter, had one of her best weeks of her varsity career. Closing the week out with 21 kills in a tough 3-1 loss to New Lexington, she also added 13 kills earlier in the week in a win over Coshocton to help Meadowbrook improve to 15-2 overall. She averaged 4.9 k/s for the week, above her 3.8 k/s season average, which is a career best. She earns her kills at a 45% rate with a solid efficiency at .313 for 2023.</p>
