Neeva Gaine | 5’10” | 2025 | OH | Redwood High School
Reaching her arm back like a bow and arrow is the hitting style of Neeva Gaine. She gets it far back enough that a description of her hitting the ball is like launching a rocket. Her approach starts about 16 feet away from the net. After that, she gets up with what might look like springs in her shoes. Gaine hits mostly straight ahead and has two secondary shots of wrist away down the line and a torque enabled cross court shot. She takes it all in when getting a kill to really appreciate helping her team get closer to 25.

will use the block to score points or make a rally continuation. Her armswing is dictated by a smart detection of the block. Sometimes that leads to a roll shot high down the line. Watch out though, she will hammer a ball cross court. Hendrickson takes a short approach but also has a big first step allowing her to get to nearly any outside set. She looks to keep her teammates involved after she gets a kill to share in the bond built through success.
Logan Tusher | 5’11” | 2024 | S | Branson High School
A setter that really rallies around her hitters when they score is one way to describe the game of Logan Tusher. Over the long term, this must have a lasting effect on their motivation. When she sets quicks, she releases the ball right away and subtly holds just a little longer when back setting. She can push the ball nearly sideline to sideline in either direction. When Tusher has executed her skill, she hustles back to where the ball just went to say in the play never assuming the rally will end there.
Sadie Snipes | 5’10” | 2024 | OH | Branson High School
An outside hitter that reaches and gets her arm out in front of the ball is one way to describe the game of Sadie Snipes. When the set floats to her, she utilizes the strength in her arm. Specifically, she can extend her arm and still hit with power. Snipes aims for mostly the cross court area but her extended arm does allow for an ability to hit a line shot. When this happens it is likely because the blocker has setup to block her cross court. Additionally, she moves both feet no matter how big or small the step(s) on defense to stay balanced.
Celia Tolmie | 2025 | S/OPP | Branson High School
A versatile player, like Celia Tolmie, is an active part of a 6-2 offense. She can make the transition from locking in to precision as a setter then going to the freedom of hanging in the air and deciding where to hit. Tolmie is naturally a cross court attack. When at the net blocking, she gets up in the air well and presses her arms across with a swing block move. She reaches those arms across strong and holds them there. Additionally, she is an active player with a lot of energy when the ball is on the opponent’s side.
