Aly Aldrich, Sr. L Otsego

Otsego got a three-set sweep of Plainwell to win a D2 district title and Aldrich was the driving force behind the win. She racked up handfuls of digs and kept the offense largely in-system while also picking up five aces from the service line.

[player_tooltip player_id='176597' first='Sophia' last='Allen'], Sr. OH GR Catholic Central

The Cougars were able to make quick work of Godwin Heights and Allen did her part to lead the team to a victory. She had a team-high nine kills, but really made her mark from the service line with six aces.

[player_tooltip player_id='490356' first='Mallory' last='Bremer'], So. DS GR Christian

It was tough to pick someone for the Eagles, because they had a very balanced team effort to pick up one of the biggest wins in the state, topping Lakewood in three sets to win a district title. Bremer was key defensively though, leading the team with 14 digs while adding in three timely aces as well.

Destany Clymer, Jr. OH Mt. Morris

Clymer was a dominant force for Mt. Morris as it picked up a sweep of Owosso in its district final. The junior was finishing from everywhere on the floor, tallying 20 kills while adding in a handful of aces as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='153672' first='Audrey' last='Geer'], Sr. OH Frankenmuth

It's no surprise to see Geer shining in a big moment. She's been the foundation of the Frankenmuth program in recent years and continued that in a sweep of Birch Run in the district final. Geer tallied 15 kills, as Birch Run had no answer for her.

[player_tooltip player_id='274528' first='Drew' last='Glaser'], Sr. OH Edwardsburg

The one player more people should probably be talking about in the state is Glaser. She's been a huge force for Edwardsburg all season and had one of the top district final performances this past week. The senior threw down 27 kills in a hard-fought, four-set win over Three Rivers.

[player_tooltip player_id='110302' first='Adrienne' last='Greschaw'], Sr. S North Branch

North Branch defeated a tough Imlay City team in three sets in their district final. Like usual, the Bronco offense was very balanced with three players tallying eight or more kills. Greschaw had 31 assists in the win and added five digs with one block. She's now over 4,500 assists in her career.

[player_tooltip player_id='176596' first='Marianna' last='Rivera'], Sr. MH Williamston

The 6'5” middle for Williamston showcased how dominant a player she can be in a sweep of Haslett in the district final. She was unstoppable at the net, piling up 18 kills in the victory. Haslett didn't have a way to slow her down.
