<p>As we shared in our preview article, a high majority of our watch list is composed of players who contributed to their varsity teams as freshmen. More players will be added as the club season is off and running. However, here are some of the pins on the initial watch list and what they did this fall. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='485574' first='Eva' last='Alexander'] - OH - Oak Grove</p>

<p>Alexander did well in her first year as primarily a three-rotation pin player. She tallied 246 kills at a very solid .284 clip on the year. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='485596' first='Camryn' last='Atha'] - OH - Mid-Buchanan</p>

<p>The 5'7" Atha showed she could hold her own at the high school level for Mid-Buc. The outside had 186 kills and 153 digs during her freshman campaign. She also provided a spark behind the service line with 48 aces. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='485586' first='Evelyn' last='Haarmann'] - OH - Oakville</p>

<p>Haarmann didn't hesitate in picking up the speed of the high school game evidenced by a solid stat line in year one. She contributed with 219 kills and 110 digs. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='485587' first='Jacie' last='Kassanavoid'] - OH - Lathrop</p>

<p>Jacie went over the 200 mark in a couple of categories in her first season at Lathrop. On the pin, she dropped 218 kills in 100 sets for a 2.2 kills per set average. Defensively, she was similar, averaging 2.1 digs per set for 205 on the year. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='446328' first='Tori' last='Massengill'] - OH - Lee's Summit West</p>

<p>Massengill played a key role in Lee's Summit West's post-season run in her first season of high school ball. She played in 100 sets and swung her way to 133 kills. She also added 131 digs to her stat line. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='485573' first='Camryn' last='Minatee'] - OH - North Kansas City</p>

<p>The next Minatee to hit North Kansas City showed she is ready to keep the legacy going after a good freshman season. Camryn, at only around 5'7" or 5'8" showed she can jump with the best of them after pounding balls for 249 kills. She was able to also get over 200 in the dig department with 292. </p>

<p>A veteran team had great input from freshman Sherry in her debut season for St. Pius. As a three-rotation pin, she eclipsed the 100-kill mark with 121. </p>

<p>The latest Witherspoon, at 6'3" came and kicked the front door down in year one. Shaye joined big sister to combine for almost 700 kills, with her 252 on the seaosn. </p>
