I’m looking forward to seeing Fahl again this weekend. I like her style of play and how intimidating her presence can be at the net. Fahl just know how to take care of business and get the job done at the net.
Bunge is a middle that can react quickly at the net. She also gets a lot of big block touches against high level attackers. Bunge is a laterally quick moving middle.
I saw Osowski in action at the Prep Dig Gauntlet last year and she was really cranking on the ball. She could nail the deep cross corner time and time again. Osowski could also hit a sharp cut and if the block left her any space, she would find it.
Singer has a number of shots she will utilize and she’s really good at the power tip to the deep corners. She explodes from the ground and takes a fast swing on the fast tempo set. Singer also runs really aggressive approaches that are hard to stop.

West is a super scrappy defender that knows how to take care of the first contact. She is solid in serve receive and a great communicator. West is also a spark for her teams no matter where they need the fire started. She is literally there for everything and takes everything for her hitters and you can tell they trust her with that.

I seem to have a whole Eden Prairie crew coming this weekend and I’m happy to see it! Friedrichs has a really nice reach and and contact on the ball. She knows how to use her hand to manipulate the path of the ball for a wicked slice.
Cotton first caught my eye with the deep cross court placement of her serve. She also makes a quick connection with her middles and has a quick clean release on the ball. Cotton works hard on defense and makes teams pay for thinking she may be a good target.

Mitchell is coming off a trip to the X in November with her New Life Academy squad. She is a middle blocker that takes the ball quickly to the sidelines and will expose any off blocker slow in transition.
Brundage had some stellar defensive movement and touches during her matches at the X in November. I enjoyed watching her and her New Prague team in the Class AAAA tournament. Brundage did a great job of taking control of the attacks coming her way so her team could convert them into an attack of their own.
