Chizzo can get ahold of the ball at both pins but makes the biggest impact on the right side for her team. She elevates well and brings a lot of intent to swing for power and point scoring. Her range is effective as she can score through quicker options as well as she terminated multiple times with big pace just overhead of the setter. As she continues to develop her toolbox to mix up her speeds and placement this will elevate her impact more and help keep the defense off balance.

A 6’0 lefty, McKinney had multiple moments that made an impression with her ability to hit with good power. She took healthy swings all weekend and from varying attack points although her primary attack option was overhead of the setter at the right pin. Her arm can also be effective at the service line when she can get a balanced swing through her topspin action. She and her team finished the final day of WCPL with a 2-1 record.

Birmingham is explosive with good lift at the end of her approach pattern. Her arm control in the air combined with her power creates advantages for her as she can put a ton a pressure on the defense by finding space and getting the ball on them quickly. She is probably the best pin arm on this 1st Alliance 17 Silver squad that finished the WCPL in the A bracket for 17/18 Open.

Woodson has the ability to bring power that can be tough to slow down. She jumps well with a fundamental arm swing that can find space or tool high hands with good control and pace. She has potential to be a major factor each time she’s on the court given her athleticism, which could elevate her stock if she can find consistency and increase her assertiveness to be more aggressive more often.
Sofia Rossi – MOD
Rossi has good length at 6’0 as a pin attacker. She has good lift and uses her reach and touch point well to get ahold of the ball with good pace when on time and balance at the end of her approach pattern. She can score through a variety of attack points for this MOD squad and is equally effective with her point scoring ability from both sides of the court.
