Finally, we get to the 15s age group, where a couple of things will happen. For one, there are definitely going to be three bids earned this weekend (1 National, 1 American and 1 Freedom). Second, this is guaranteed to be a two-day tournament, as there 13 teams entered and scheduled for regionals. In today's article, here are four teams looking to earn one of the three bids that are up for grabs.

Circle City 15 Purple

A solid mixture of size, skill and athleticism highlight this roster. [player_tooltip player_id='435867' first='Lila' last='Bruszewski'] ('27, 6-1 MB, Carmel) has the length, strength and skill to make a major impact this weekend, as no other middle that I'm aware of will be as big and skilled as she in this age group. She also has a ton of beach play in her experience, making her vision better than most at this position. Her counterpart, [player_tooltip player_id='443864' first='Chloe' last='Moss'] ('27, 5-9 MB, Cathedral), might not have the size, but her attack touch is already over ten feet, and her athleticism is off the charts. She might project to a pin attacker sooner rather than later, but for now, Chloe will just be faster and jump higher than all of her opponents.

KeAloha 15-1 Cape Fear

Although smaller than the roster listed above, there's still a ton of athleticism in this squad. [player_tooltip player_id='513301' first='Kyah' last='Hart'] ('27, 5-8 OH/D, Michigan City) is more than athletic enough to be a six-rotation outside at the next level, but also has the skill to be any type of defender and serve receive specialist you need. [player_tooltip player_id='513303' first='Ana' last='Stojic'] ('27, 5-7 S, Lake Central) can run a 5-1 with ease, and despite her size, can get to a ton of tight passes some other setters in this class just can't get to.

Rev 15-1 Fuego

Back to the emphasis on size, and the Fuego have it for days. [player_tooltip player_id='435858' first='Ella' last='Mensch'] ('27, 5-11 RS, Heritage Christian) is long and lean with a whip for an arm swing. She can take up space on the block, reads and reacts well, and can terminate with the right setter. [player_tooltip player_id='513305' first='Mia' last='Zabel'] ('27, 5-11 OH, Hamilton Southeastern) maximizes her jump by attacking very high, maximizes her attack touch with a 100% effort approach and can do anything an outside needs to do. Now, it's just about refinement, and as a student at HSE, she'll be more than prepared for the next level.

Team Indiana Elite 15.2

Maybe I sensed a pattern today, but I wanted to emphasize that size isn't the only thing important in this tournament. There's a ton of skill here too, especially in the serve receive and floor defense departments. [player_tooltip player_id='513307' first='Jasalyn' last='Stiles'] ('27, 5-7 OH, Perry Meridian) is a defense-first outside hitter, passing with an easy platform in serve receive and solid footwork to get there. [player_tooltip player_id='513309' first='Elizabeth' last='Comer'] ('27, 5-4 DS/L, Roncalli) is yet another of a long line of exceptional defenders from Roncalli. Her court awareness, willingness to hit the floor and all-around volleyball acuity will carry her far in her recruitment process.
