– NKYVC
Schulte has the foundation to become a terrific setter throughout her prep career. She is quick, has good touch, and can set all directions including against the flow with good force and location. She is part of a young corps of athletes that will return for a McNicholas squad that made a deep run in the postseason this past fall. Her skill development and experience gained this club season will prepare her well to become their next floor leader in 2024. This NKYVC team has high potential and Schulte is key to their offensive success and creates good deception in her consistency to jump set with balanced and high hand position.

– AVC
Gutfanski’s game as a primary distributor and floor leader for her squad can make a big impact each match. She is intentional about her preparation to get herself stopped and balanced to pursue the second touch while she continues to make gains in her footwork to maintain that balance through her delivery. She gets her hands up early and high and extends with force adjustments to be able to locate all directions and tempos with good accuracy.
Penelope Reisman – TSE
Reisman, just a 2028, is the primary floor leader for a team that features arguably the best 2027 prospect in Ohio. They have a good relationship in that Reisman can consistently give her the tempo and location that allows her to get up and maximize her physical tools well above the net. At 5’10, Reisman has good size as a six-rotation setter and displays good command of her role in that she is simple and efficient in her movement with high hand preparation and good balance through her delivery.
Lyla Cooper –
Elevation
Cooper provides good court presence for her team, led by her competitiveness, relentless energy, and skill set to get her hitters into good spots. She is simple in her pursuit as her quickness helps her get to most balls so she can use her hands to distribute. She has good footwork and tools to go all directions when in system and against the flow on the move. She makes good contributions in other areas as well as she defends well and can provide good pressure at the service line.
Presley Vigansky – Elite VBTC
At 5’11, Vigansky is among the taller setters in the 2027 class. She can contact the ball high, which benefits her well when she distributes this team’s offense from the front row. She has good touch and location to to run a full offense through both pins and in the middle and as she continues to grow in her skills and speed, her ability to distribute the second contact on the move with more accuracy and against the flow will elevate her impact.
