Here’s how it works: I’ll pop up a random number generator that includes the 2026 rankings. I’ll generate 10 numbers and the 10 that come up will be the ranking of the player. I’ll then spotlight those players in the article to help give them some more attention.
There’s 115 players ranked in our Class of 2026. Let’s see who has the lucky numbers this month:
12. Reagan Lesley Reagan Lesley 5'10" | MB Chippewa Valley | 2026 State MI , MH/OH Chippewa Valley/Michigan Elite
Lesley has really turned up her intensity at the net this club season. She’s getting a lot of air and it looks like time freezes for everyone else while she winds up her power swing. Lesley is delivering some big highlight reel kills while also showing a lot of growth in her defensive play.
57. Ashley Verhey Ashley Verhey 6'0" | MB Milford | 2026 State MI , OH/RS Milford/Legacy
Verhey has been finishing at a solid right on the right side, as she’s got a powerful left-handed swing. She works the sideline really well, but has shown the ability to hit the left corner as well. Verhey always puts a good pop on the ball.
3. Ella Andrews Ella Andrews 6'4" | MB Mercy | 2026 State MI , MH Mercy/Legacy
The 6’4” middle has been rolling during club season and is set to be a big addition for Mercy next fall after sitting out the 2023 prep season. Andrews can play above anyone she’s up against, as she’s explosive off the floor and stays very light on her feet. She’s among the top middles in the country.
93. Emily Wells Emily Wells 5'8" | OH Zeeland East | 2026 State MI , MH/OH Zeeland East/FaR Out
Wells is adding a lot to her game in the last year. She’s already been able to adapt well at the net and work some offspeed swings for points. Now, the key for Wells is to show more consistency with her tempo and power swings.
99. Kyli Geoghan Kyli Geoghan 5'9" | OH Mona Shores | 2026 State MI , OH/DS Mona Shores
Geoghan is a player that can wear a number of hats on the court. She can play the outside and she can be a libero or DS. She moves around the floor purposefully and her passing and digging ability is fundamentally sound. As she gets more experience at the net, her offensive skills should start to flourish as well.
42. Cara Wolf Cara Wolf 5'7" | DS/L Grand Rapids Catholic Central | 2026 State MI , DS/L GRCC/FaR Out
Wolf is a real defensive workhorse. She covers all the space in the back row, as she’s got a quick first step and good instincts for when to sprawl or dive. When her team needs a big dig, Wolf typically comes through.
66. Lily Sukup Lily Sukup 5'10" | OH Goodrich | 2026 State MI , OH/S Goodrich/Five:1
Sukup is just a solid all-around player. She contributes in every aspect of the game and gets relied on to make plays everywhere on the floor. Her ability to play multiple positions is a testament to her awareness and court IQ. Sukup isn’t afraid to take a big swing in a pressure moment and she’s also not afraid to take on the best hitters’ swings in those same rallies.
20. Riley Pilat Riley Pilat 5'11" | OH Plymouth Christian | 2026 State MI , OH Plymouth Christian/Michigan Elite
Pilat can deliver one of the most powerful swings in this class. She’s very consistent in her approach and swing mechanics. Her arm speed allows her to come over the top of the ball and give the defenses little chance to adjust.
107. Sable Dankers Sable Dankers 6'0" | MB Traverse City Central | 2026 State MI , MH/OH TC Central/Northshore
Dankers can actually play anywhere along the net. She’s found success at both pins and in the middle. Dankers has a big wind up, but she shows the ability to find openings in the defense consistently and she can also make the most out of out-of-system swings.
81. Skyye Frailey Skyye Frailey 5'10" | OH Athens, Troy Michigan | 2026 State MI , OH Troy Athens/L2
Frailey takes on a big workload as a six-rotation outside that has gotten a lot of experience in the last year. She can play either pin and her defensive play has made a lot of strides. Frailey adjusts well on her approach and plays well off the block. Her back-row swings are also very effective and one of the best parts of her game.
