New Additions: 2028 Prep Dig Kansas Ranked Athletes 41-50

Prep Dig Indiana features athletes recently added to the player rankings

This is the final report on Kansas Athletes debuting in the Prep Dig rankings. The Class of 2028 rankings include 50 players and with this report, all 50 athletes have been featured and introduced to Prep Dig subscribers.   This is the fifth report this week and features athletes ranked No. 41-50 who will undoubtedly look to improve their games and stock value with four years of high school ball ahead of them.   Congratulations to all 50 athletes who made the initial rankings and I look forward to scouting this class and hunting for more athletes to add.   [player_tooltip player_id='529977' first='Sophia' last='Sturdy'], 5'7”, OH, Mill Valley   Sturdy is as sturdy as gets as a hitter. She has solid balance and a quick approach. The youngster is ranked No. 41 overall and will be playing for a solid Mill Valley program.  She played club ball with [program_tooltip program_id='428889' first='Dynasty' last=''].   [player_tooltip player_id='523960' first='Raicee' last='Lipker'], 5'5”, S, Clay Center   Lipker is a quick setter that I saw play for the Manhattan Mayhem. She debuts in the rankings in the No. 42 slot. It will be interesting to see what kind of numbers she puts up next year for the Tigers.   [player_tooltip player_id='529960' first='Avery' last='Hottovy'], 5'7”, RS, Rose Hill   Hottovy is one of multiple athletes from Rose Hill to make the rankings. Prep Dig currently has her ranked at No. 43. The Rockets have some young talent to keep an eye on during the years to come.   [player_tooltip player_id='529959' first='Tiana' last='Kinsella'], 5'6”, S, Olathe North   Kinsella is expected to play for Olathe North. She played club ball with [program_tooltip program_id='428889' first='Dynasty' last='']. She has nice touch and understands how to run an offense. Kinsella enters the rankings in the No. 44 position.   [player_tooltip player_id='518978' first='Mayley' last='Morrison'], 5'6”, DS/L, Bishop Miege   A possible future libero for the Stags debuts in the No. 45 spot in the rankings Morrison makes consistent first passes and can dig like a mole.   [player_tooltip player_id='529970' first='Leah' last='Thomas'], 5'6”, DS/L, Maize   Thomas is the first of three-ranked athletes in this grouping of 10 who play club ball for Shockwave. Thomas is expected to enroll at Maize. Thomas is ranked No. 46 overall in the initial 2028 rankings.   [player_tooltip player_id='530009' first='Payton' last='Southard'], 5'6”, DS/L, Maize   Ranked at No. 47 is Southard, another Shockwave athlete who very well could compete against Thomas for a roster spot in Maize.   [player_tooltip player_id='530011' first='Hollyn' last='Griffin'], 5'7”, S, Andover   The Andover Trojans could have a young setter to look out for in the class. Griffin plays setter and like Thomas and Southard, competed for Shockwave. She has quick feet and is ranked No. 48.   [player_tooltip player_id='518351' first='Emery' last='Black'], 5'6”, DS/L, Blue Valley West   Black is the first of two Kansas City area defensive players to earn the last spots in the rankings. Black plays for [program_tooltip program_id='430200' first='KC' last='Power'] and is expected to enroll at Blue Valley West. She debuts in the No. 49 slot.   [player_tooltip player_id='518367' first='Addilyn' last='Mize'], 5'3”, DS/L, Blue Valley   The final athlete to make the initial rankings is 913 Athletics libero [player_tooltip player_id='518367' first='Addilyn' last='Mize']. She plans on attending Blue Valley High School and will look to move up from the No. 50 slot when the rankings are next updated.
