Addison Lefeld
Having seen Lefeld on the right pin a lot, she can make things happen. She is a great option on that side of the court to help balance this team's pin action. Her setters can get her into good spots against the flow with their distribution that can create space or put her one on one through which she will take advantage of with her jump and swing. At 5'10, she is just tapping into her potential as a pin scorer as she has good arm speed and can move the ball around when on time and balance.

[player_tooltip player_id='480834' first='Anne' last='Culkar']
At 5'9, Culkar gets off the floor well to be able to swing with good control and movement at the top of her jump, which allows her to challenge the block well. As she can score from either pin, her pace and power will increase as the quality of her approach pattern gets her to the ball on balance with her shoulders open to be able to create more torque. She is a solid 15U attacker with good potential to become of very good six-rotation pin as her prep career goes forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='480840' first='Kyla' last='Williams']
Williams has some of the best high impact potential on this team with her size and athleticism. At 6'4 she is an imposing presence at the net, especially in this age group. Her length creates immediate advantages on both sides of the ball. Her developing offensive tools also showcase what she can do through a variety of options as a middle and on the pin. She gets up well to be able to attack over the block while also filling up big space at the net on the defensive side. It will be fun to watch her progress as she transitions through her next high school season and back to another high level club opportunity.

[player_tooltip player_id='492132' first='Ava' last='Brumfield']
At 5'6, Brumfield is explosive at the net. She gets off the floor very well and maximizes her physical tools to be able to contribute as a primary option at times on the left pin. She has good quickness and shows good footwork patters in the transition phase to get herself available. Through quicker tempos that create space, she can deliver some good pace when on time in the air. Her physical tools help her defensively as well as she can get her elbows to the tape when blocking that allows her to put good pressure on hitters.

[player_tooltip player_id='480836' first='Rylan' last='Acton']
The 6'1 Acton has good size and length of her own as a middle. She has a good foundation as an offensive option but can improve her presence and impact if she can great a bigger runway for her approach work that allows for more flow, momentum build, and space to help her maximize her physical tools better. Her potential is big and her contributions further elevate the balance and impact that this team can bring in every rotation.

Hailey Gutfranksi
One of two setters for this team, Gutfranski does a good job of getting to the ball on balance which allows her extension to develop the right force of contact to locate the ball with good consistency in all directions. Her skills allow for good balance of distribution for a team that has a lot of viable point scoring options. She has good court awareness also to be able to earn her own points at the second touch which elevates the extra attention she can command when in the front row.
