Held at the Salt Palace Convention Center and live streamed via BallerTV, this event is amazing! This article series will discuss some of the players that turned the heads of the court coaches and scouts that were in attendance. Let’s see who earned the Top Performer award from the showcase.
Kylie Silver Kylie Silver 5'8" | S San Antonio Saints | 2027 TX [207] 5-8 Setter (HS: SA Saints/Club: San Antonio Magic /Verbal: Uncommitted)
Kylie is currently an unranked prospect in the 2027 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays volleyball for San Antonio Saints High School and also plays club for the San Antonio Magic volleyball program. Miss Silver stood out to her court coach and myself when we watched her perform. She has a solid frame for the position and could play front row if needed by her team. Her arms have great length to them and this helps her to push the ball all the way to the pins from any location. Both hands look identical to each other when contacting and releasing. This will help her to stay super consistent with accuracy for the foreseeable future. As far as her footwork is concerned, I like that she anticipates the pass really well in order to track it early. What really stood out to me was how powerful her right side set was. It went all the way to the pin which will help the opposite attacker be able to hit line really well. We will keep our eye on her as she progresses in the sport. Please help us congratulate her on earning the Top Performer award at the showcase.
Isabella Stojkovic [2027] 6-0 Outside (HS: Highland/Club: Aspire/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Isabella is currently an unranked prospect in the 2027 Class according to our Prep Dig Arizona State Rankings. She will play volleyball for Highland High School and also plays club for the Aspire volleyball program. Miss Stojkovic turned some heads with her offensive performance all night long. She has the length that you want in a terminating left side attacker and the arm to back it up. Her power was on full display right from the start of our first team drill. I watched her fire away some lasers that were not able to be blocked. One aspect that really stood out to me was how she was able to adjust her footwork when the setters move her inside and she didn’t lose any power on her swing. While most hitters in that situation will take some heat off of their attack because they don’t want to hit it in the net, Isabella used her long extremities to catch up to the ball and put it down with authority. In the next few years, I fully expect Miss Stojkovic to be at the top of a lot of college coaches lists. I know that if she stays on this track, she will be a kill leader in her age group/grad class. Please help us congratulate her on earning a Top Performer award for this showcase.
Chloe-Grace Hannemann [2027] 5-5 Libero (HS: Skyline/Club: Club V/Verbal: Uncommitted)
Chloe-Grace is currently an unranked prospect in the 2027 Class according to our Prep Dig Utah State Rankings, but that is only because we have not released them yet for her state. She plays at Skyline High School and plays club for the famed Club V volleyball program. There were quite a few liberos signed up for the showcase, but Miss Hannemann stood out to me and her court coaches for a variety of reasons. I am not sure that there was a more tenacious defender in any of the courts than Chloe-Grace. She had a true relentless pursuit of the ball that just can’t be coached. During the scrimmage drills, I loved watching her move on the court. She very rarely has her heels on the ground during movement to the ball and this makes her super fast to the ball. Her platform has such a natural soft touch to it which makes the ball rebound so flawlessly off of it. I love how she is able to use her shoulders well to create awesome angles to deliver perfect passes and digs toward her setter. But it is not just physical skills that stood out. She has the exact attitude that you want in a battle ready libero to keep your team in every rally and never give up no matter what. She will be a college ready libero in a few years so I strongly suggest you get to know her name now. Please help us congratulate her on earning a Top Performer award for this showcase.
