AAU Nationals has been showcasing a ton of talent from all over the country. But when you begin to look at some of the regional hot beds at the tournament, Michigan has been doing some huge things.

This is no difference throughout the third wave of nationals. With Wave 3 showcasing the best of the best in the 16s age group, this is a really exciting class from top to bottom in terms of overall talent. Particular for Michigan athletes, but also nationally as well.

Here's a sneak peak at a few of the Michigan athletes getting things done down here in Florida.

[player_tooltip player_id='226899' first='Cree' last='Hollier'] - Michigan Elite

Regardless of where this player is on the court, Hollier has been a dynamo for MiElite's 16 National West. A six rotation middle that spends some time on the pins, Hollier is a determined point scorer who has also come a LONG way in the ball control department. 16 N West is entering Day 3 with a 4-2 record, still hunting for a place in the gold bracket of 16 Elite.

[player_tooltip player_id='490033' first='Christina' last='Rosenow'] - Monsters

This young player playing up an age with Monsters 16 Elite squad has been crushing it in the middle. An exciting prospect with her block and growing range in attack, Rosenow is looking near peak performance on the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='523816' first='Riley' last='Copenhaver'] - Legacy

Another blocking supreme here in Orlando, Copenhaver out of Legacy's 2s squad has been on something different. With her team cruising on a 5-1 record thus far, a huge thanks is to Copenhaver's elite play in the middle. Her blocking has been spot on and her offense is scoring left and right.

[player_tooltip player_id='226900' first='Liv' last='Hosford'] - MVA

While her squad may not be having the best of tournaments, Hosford's play is definitely something worth noting. Doing the most, she's acting as this team's go to attacker on the left pin. She has a heavy arm and a nice feel for the opposition's defense.

Sydney Hoffman - Crank It

There is a reason that Crank It's 16 Black squad is rocking a 6-0 record in the 16 Club division. With all of the production they're getting out of emerging middle blocker, Hoffman, it's no wonder. This player is terminating at an excellent rate to then follow up with impressive finishes on the block.
