The final nine prospects have waited patiently, and their time has finally come.

Here's a look at the WL players that just happen to have their last names furthest down in the alphabet, but won't be taking a back seat to many in the years ahead.

Players listed alphabetically

[player_tooltip player_id='454365' first='Meaghan' last='Sullivan'], MH Saline/L2

Sullivan doesn't quite have the size of some of her peers in the middle, but she still plays big at the net and is able to make a difference offensively and defensively. One of her strengths is awareness. She stays ready at all times and can adjust quickly to make a play. She's also scrappy and willing to battle hard at the net to win the 50-50 balls.

[player_tooltip player_id='454375' first='Whitney' last='Swiercz'], OH Hudsonville/FaR Out

A name that many will recognize in the Hudsonville area, Swiercz is showing a lot of promise to develop into a potent six-rotation hitter. She's already got steady power and acceleration on her attacks, and her footwork looks promising. Where she's continuing to improve is her timing and defense. Her ability to play faster is going to allow her to tap into another level of her game.

[player_tooltip player_id='456251' first='Alexa' last='Turner'], S/RS SMCC/LevelUp

Turner helped lead her LevelUp squad to a lot of wins this club season. She's a diverse player that can excel as a hitter or setter. Her ability to play both spots has her displaying a big court IQ that comes in handy at both positions. Her setting is smooth and she's able to play with good tempo. As a hitter, she's got a natural swing that looks somewhat effortless for her.

[player_tooltip player_id='442968' first='Amelia' last='Vogelheim'], DS/L Brighton/L2

Vogelheim is a determined defender that is going to leave it all on the court each match. She's consistently throwing her body around in effort to make all the difficult plays in the back row. Her instincts are on point and that allows her to cover a lot of space. Her first step is always in the right direction toward the play and she times out her sprawls well to give her setter a chance to keep the offense in-system.

[player_tooltip player_id='523836' first='Grace' last='Wetjen'], RS AA Pioneer/L2

Wetjen is a powerful left-handed arm that moves really well in the front row. She's been able to finish from the middle or the right side and does so with an explosive swing. Wetjen brings some good defensive skills to the court as well. She's routinely been able to make a dig and then transition into taking on a swing.

[player_tooltip player_id='523871' first='Tessa' last='White'], OH Livonia Franklin/Michigan Elite

White is a long outside that uses her wingspan to make a lot of short and simple swings to finish points. She doesn't need a lot of space to beat her defenders, as she adjust well during her approach. With her length and a good vertical, White seems like she can tap into a little more aggression in the years ahead. As she adds some more swing speed, she could become a dominant finisher.

[player_tooltip player_id='455952' first='Sofie' last='Williams'], OH Oakland Christian/Legacy

Williams is shaping up to be one of the stars of Division 4 in the future. She's got a good mixture of shots and speeds for a young outside. Her athleticism allows her to really excel as well, as she can adjust at the net quickly and still find a home for the ball. Her defensive and serving is improving with each week as well. What might be Williams' biggest strength is her drive. She wants to excel and is willing to work to get there.

[player_tooltip player_id='523870' first='Delaynee' last='Witbeck'], OH Frankenmuth/Five:1

It's easy to see Witbeck is a good all-around athlete when you see her on the court. She moves really well and looks in control throughout a match. Witbeck does a good job of making the most out of what opportunities she gets. Her out-of-system plays are clean and with purpose. When she gets to make an aggressive swing, she usually takes advantage of it. As she gets more reps with a faster and crisper offense, it should tap into her true potential.

[player_tooltip player_id='490380' first='Emily' last='Wolter'], S FH Eastern/MVA

Wolter shows a lot of veteran characteristics despite being so young. She looks in complete control of her offense on the court and does a good job of directing her teammates. Her sets to the pins have a nice touch and draw out a lot of big swings. She's improved on her quickness getting the ball to the middle, which has added another level to her offense. Defensively, Wolter is technically sound in her passing and ball control.
