Captain Conan has been holed up for a couple of weeks while Deck The Scout has been on the road watching volleyball and football.

Prep Dig is scheduled to publish a rankings update for the Class of 2027 tomorrow, but to satisfy the cravings of Prep Dig subscribers, Conan strikes again to add new members to the Coverage Club. Three of the featured athletes have recently verbally committed to college programs. The other two athletes in this report are 2026 prospects not recently featured by Prep Dig.

Athletes in all classes can claim their player profiles and add contact information so that subscribing college coaches can reach out to them.

There are always multiple athletes that the Captain gets to know a little better than others. There are also athletes that I find myself pulling for during the recruiting process. Andover Central's Washington is one of those athletes. Per her request, I did not announce Washington's commitment until she told me to pull the trigger and I am not a very good secret keeper. The Jaguar hitter verbally committed to Central Oklahoma last week. She is currently ranked No. 15 overall in the class of 2025 and one of the more dangerous hitters. I think the UCO staff have successfully raided Kansas with this future signee.

[player_tooltip player_id='261113' first='Macey' last='Jackson'], 5'9”, RS, Blue Valley Southwest, ‘25

Blue Valley Southwest's Jackson also recently announced her verbal commitment to a college program. The right-side hitter is ranked No. 75 overall and has committed to Midland University. Midland is an NAIA school located in Fremont, Nebraska. She will immediately add depth to the Warriors' roster when she steps on campus.

[player_tooltip player_id='173381' first='Hadley' last='Porter'], 5'6”, DS/L, Blue Valley Southwest, ‘25

It was a big week for the Timberwolves' program as their libero also announced her verbal commitment. Porter has chosen to continue her volleyball career at Georgia Southern. The Eagles are a Division I program that competes in the Sun Belt Conference. Porter is a digging machine that will enjoy the climate at the Statesboro, Georgia campus. She is currently ranked No. 90 overall by Prep Dig.

[player_tooltip player_id='222087' first='Carlie' last='Pandjaris'], 5'8”, DS/L, Blue Valley West, ‘26

Pandjaris is a prospect who has not been featured lately. She just finished her club season with a USAV National Title with her MAVS 816 club team. She is a versatile athlete who I saw play in 2023, but have yet to catch in 2024. Pandjaris is currently ranked No. 22 overall in the class of 2026. She finished with 320 serve receptions and 160 digs as a sophomore. She also qualified for the State Track and Field Meet as a sophomore in the javelin.

[player_tooltip player_id='222105' first='Dakota' last='Gray'], 5'11”, MB, Beloit, ‘26

Gray is a prospect who has not been featured, and that is because she is currently healing and rehabbing an injury. I saw Beloit play multiple times this summer, but Gray was missing from the Trojan lineup. She is expected to return to the Beloit rotation when the new prep season starts. Gray finished with 40 blocks and 46 kills as a sophomore. She is athletic and a talent that coaches won't want to sleep on moving forward. Gray is currently ranked No. 117 overall.
