Updated rankings for the Kansas Class of 2025 were released by Prep Dig on July 2.

Two reports followed that rankings release. This is the first of two reports today focusing on the top uncommitted hitters among the 230 ranked athletes.

[player_tooltip player_id='219951' first='Katja' last='Blanchat'], 6'0”, MB, Smoky Valley

Smoky Valley has a middle hitter who does serious damage. The Vikings' middle is ranked No. 22 overall. She finished with back-to-back seasons of 380-plus kills. She is just 148 kills away from reaching the 1,000 career kill threshold. Blanchat recorded 107 total blocks last season and has multiple offers from Division II and JUCO programs.

[player_tooltip player_id='153938' first='Saida' last='Jacobs'], 6'1”, MB, Mill Valley

Jacobs is currently ranked No. 23 overall. She is coming off back-to-back 100-block seasons. She finished with 105 total blocks and 222 kills in 97 sets played last fall. Mill Valley is a program that produces college talent and winners. Jacobs is sure to follow other Jaguars into the college ranks.

[player_tooltip player_id='219726' first='Ella' last='Bolan'], 5'11”, OH, Silver Lake

Silver Lake's Bolan is currently ranked No. 24 overall. I have seen her play multiple times and she continues to improve her game. She is a three-sport prospect who also excels on the basketball court and on the track. She finished with 317 kills and 62 total blocks during her junior season. She is a leader for both her prep and club teams.

[player_tooltip player_id='493491' first='Tori' last='Buss'], 5'9”, OH, Wichita North

Buss was one of my favorite players I scouted in June. She is currently ranked No. 25 and made a big jump up the rankings during the recent update. The Wichita North prospect is an explosive jumper who hits the ball hard. She collected 210 kills, 193 digs, and 216 serve receptions during her junior campaign. She is a six-rotation talent for the RedHawks and on a team with multiple hitting options. I would not hesitate to recommend her to Division II coaches.

[player_tooltip player_id='219714' first='Ayla' last='Klingenberg'], 6'0”, OH, Rock Creek

Klingenberg is a talented hitter who racks up a ton of kills. She is currently ranked No. 26 overall. She is headed into her senior season coming off back-to-back seasons with 300-plus kills. She is just 154 kills away from joining the 1,000-kill club. She is also an accomplished blocker with two seasons in a row of 80 total kills or more.

[player_tooltip player_id='275626' first='Kennedy' last='Behnke'], 5'11”, MB, Ellinwood

I just watched Behnke play in summer league prep action and this young lady is a legit talent. The Ellinwood middle is currently ranked No. 27 overall. I have no idea how she is not yet committed. She does have a junior college offer and has visited a Division II program. She's the small school poster child for why Prep Dig exists and why I continue to scout volleyball.
