The Panthers would finish 2nd last year in Class 1, and Emmy played a massive role in the run to the championship match, an all-around solid player who plays both sides of the ball exceptionally well. She takes up a lot of court playing solid defense and is the top returning passer. Look for Emmy as the team's top attacker and defender this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='170049' first='Sidney' last='Hawkins'] – 5'9" – Lesterville

Hawkins was a bright spot for the Bearcats after having the first losing season in over a decade. Hawkins had to fill the top attacker and setter role for most of the season. She finished with 246 digs to go with 327 kills and 185 assists. If the Bearcats want a return to the playoffs, Hawkins will need a big year offensively.

[player_tooltip player_id='737692' first='Lizzie' last='Schlueter'] – 6'0” – East Atchinson

Since Lizzie's arrival, the Wolves have gotten better each year. This year should be no different, as she is the top returning attacker, passer, and defender. At 6'0", she has the height to hit over Class 1 blockers and with power. Look for her to reach 1000 career kills midway through the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='170048' first='Addison' last='Carlton'] – 5'4"- Advance

Advance is poised to three-peat this year, and Addison will have her hand in most of the action. She can hold her own at the net but is a spitfire defender. The next level is within reach, but her time hitting will end as she can be one heck of a libero.

Tamiya Burse – 5'9" – South Iron

The emergence of Tamiya for the Panthers played a huge role in South Iron finishing second last season. She is still raw, but her potential is off the charts. Burse is a quick leaper with a long hang time and can hammer the ball. Her kill total will double, having to be a more offensive threat.
