Dominant Performances from the Stock Up Showcase

Wow! The talent at the Stock Up Showcase was on fire. It seemed everywhere I turned, I was frantically adding more and more players to my notes. What impressed me the most was the consistently high level of play the athletes exhibited. It was incredibly competitive from warm-ups all the way through scrimmages. Here are some athletes who had dominant performances.    Lauren was nearly unstoppable at the showcase. She established herself as one of the top pins there right away in warmups. Lauren is confident in her ability and plays a very clean and efficient game of volleyball. She adjusts well to out-of-system situations and is a high-level six-rotation pin.     Elaina ran the show at the Stock Up Showcase. She was so scrappy and smart on the court. Her ability to step onto the court with different people and still be efficient in communicating and executing on defense set her apart from the other athletes. She made some truly incredible saves in coverage and defense, but her volleyball IQ and court awareness, coupled with speed and grit, made her a top libero at the showcase.     Morgan is such a fun athlete to watch. She is a high-level libero but sets for her high school team. She hopped in and did a bit of everything at the showcase and did it with a lot of energy. Morgan has a passion for the game that is contagious. She never misses a beat on the court and always gives full effort on every play.     Rebecca absolutely shined at the showcase. She is an energizer that can jump in on any court and be an impact player. She showed just how lethal she was throughout the event and made some jaw-dropping swings. Rebecca absolutely soars when she takes her explosive approach, and she is dominant in every aspect of her game.     Dylan is a lefty right side who made key plays in long rallies. She was great all throughout the event, but where she really stood out was in scrimmage play. The intensity was high on every point, and she could reliably put the ball away in various ways, from tooling the block to taking massive rips on the ball.     Gigi runs a crisp and clean offense, and it showed at the Stock Up Showcase. She is hard to read and runs the court like a seasoned athlete. Gigi is very competitive and is relentless in her play on the court. She elevated the game of those around her and was impressive to watch.     Lily was so fun to watch at the Stock Up Showcase. She is a highly talented blocker and moves from pin to pin quickly and efficiently. She has great fundamentals as a blocker and was disciplined in transition. Lily made smart plays and was an impact middle.     Ireland is a well-rounded player with a huge vertical and high contact on the ball. She dominates in her all-around play and can comfortably play on either pin and across the back row. She had some massive, eye-catching swings during positional work and continued to shine in scrimmage play.     Lucy is an absolute powerhouse athlete. She can swing over or through nearly any block and is a talented blocker as well. She dominates across the front row and has really developed in the back row as well. She was one of the top players at the showcase and is one of the top-ranked athletes in her class.
