An outside hitter with amazing technical skills, she gives the team a lot of volume with her game. Jones is a very efficient passer and also works hard and produces well on defense, getting several touches and generating transition plays. Despite not being very tall, she's a well-versed offensive player too. She's been the team's starting setter for some time but also has a serious responsibility in the team's offense and was their second-best scorer last season hitting from the right. Dunn does an excellent job with her setting, using her mobility to get to the ball and feeding her hitters with intelligence and precision. Offensively, she's very athletic, getting off the floor well and swinging with power to beat blockers and defenders. The outside hitter showed several interesting skills and could develop into an elite player as she continues to develop. Young is long and athletic and those skills help her tremendously at the net, not only by giving her a high contact point on offense, but also making of her blocking a very tough one for opponents to get past. Originally an outside hitter, she moved to the libero position and has been making a tremendous impact on the team's game over the last few seasons with her solidness. A very technical player, she controls the team's serve-receive system with tremendous efficiency and is also very productive with her defense. A very strong offensive player, she's used to carrying the team's load and has a great combination of physical and technical skills to get the job done. Loyd is a powerful hitter, but the success of her offense lies in her excellent decision-making, which helps her pick the right shots for each situation while also making very few errors.
